Slow progress. Tips on how to speed it up?

#1

Hey I've been taking PM for about 3 or 4 months now, usually for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks at a time, taking a week off every month for my period. I've had a little progress, but not much :/ I've barely grown half a cup, and every time I stop the PM I feel like my boobs shrink a little bit.

I've tried everything to help with the PM. I drink milk with it because I heard you should the calcium helps, and I'm also taking Maca with it.

Does anyone know what I can do to speed up the process a little bit? The lack of progress is getting really discouraging.

Hi BelaBrasil,

You could try goat's rue, but you need a lot, because PM suppresses prolactin. The prolactin from goat's rue causes swelling. It only becomes growth after a few months.

Another thing you can do is check your diet, multivitamin, and exercise. Or start NB.

Would Fenugreek work the same way? I have quite a few bottles of it.

Yes, BelaBrasil,

Fenugreek increases prolactin. Prolactin causes swelling. But fenugreek does more: it increases progesterone too. So it's better to use it only in the two weeks before your period.

what brand of PM are you taking? Might be a weak dose. Ainterol recommends 1000 mg a day (2 pills) and is one of the more powerful brands out there (as well as cheaper). There are lots of people on this forum who use this brand with good results. From what I have read on the journals it looks like one can expect 1/4th cup increase (or better) every 2 months or so. It may seem slow but its not that slow if you really think about.

Another thing is maybe experiment with going off PM for 4 days at a time instead of 1 week. Theoretically it doesnt take much to lower one's estrogen levels for your period.

Black Betty,

I am taking Ainterol (1000mg a day), and have been for about 4 months. Right now I can say I've maybe grown a 1/4 of a cup, but that could just be the swelling from the Fenugreek I'm taking.

I've been considering switching to Siriporn, but I don't know if that's stronger or just more expensive. Advice on that?

I'm also considering starting to take lamb placenta, MSM, and collagen, as well as progesterone cream. If there is ANYTHING you can suggest that might help things along, I'd love to hear it.

The idea of noogleberry kinda freaks me out, so I'm looking at that like a last resort.

Hi BelaBrasil,

The two fastest growers on PM use 10,000 mg of L-arginine. That's quite a lot of pills, so you need the powder.

Wow that's a lot! I think I'm only taking a little less than 2,000 a day, and only for the past month. I guess I need to work on that.

What about Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Maca, MSM, and lamb placenta? What are the proper mgs for those?

I'm currently taking
2440 mg/d of Fenugreek
1620 mg/d of Wild Yam
1000 mg/d of Maca

I haven't started taking MSM or lamb placenta yet, and I also just bought wild yam cream and progesterone cream. I know I should only use the progesterone cream during the luteal phase and not for longer than 2-3 months, but what about the wild yam cream? Can I use that during the entire cycle or is it best to only use it when my natural estrogens are high?

The doses look good, even though I take 4 times more maca. I don't know about placenta, Ginie knows. Wild yam cream should be OK throughout the cycle.

Thank you so much Isabelle! I'll ask Ginie about the placenta
