I understand that's it's recommended to stop taking PM after day 15 of your cycle to prevent messing with your period.

I'm wondering what the reasons are for not messing with your cycle. I've had my tubes tied so have no concerns about getting pregnant. I would rather NOT get my period if I don't have to. If taking PM all month long will stop me from bleeding out my vag and grow my breasts bigger, I'll take PM all month long!

I don't want to cause health problems though, so I'll wait to hear from anyone who might have more insight.

you must have ovulation to be fertile.

Yeah, but I don't want to be fertile, which as why I had my tubes tied as I mentioned.
