what is a rotation? is it the number of times a complete technique needs to be applied?

Hi Maria,
Usually its the rotation of your hand all the way around your breast.
So 150 rotations would be 100 times around each breast.
In the case of Chi it would be the the times your hand moves your breast and retuns to the same spot.
