Am 22 right now, and have size 32A sometimes 32B cup(just barely). Really want to grow my boobs bigger, but after reading about so many creams and herbs and pills i am very confused!

Hello all, haven't posted before - but thought i'd take the plunge now! I attempted some NBE about 2 years ago and got to the tingling sensation point but as I was 17 at the time decided to give my body a while before I started it properly again.
I'm now 19 and want to do this properly!
My proposed plan is:

Preparation next 2 weeks

Start taking:
-Amino Acid Tablets
-Omega 3,6,9 Tablets
-Complete Vitamin B Tablets

Start doing:
-More exercise (go for run each morning, buy toning DVDs)
-More healthy eating (higher protein intake, less takeaways, eat more fruit and veg)
-Protein shakes every day after exercise

Herbs
1 x Fenugreek 610mg
1 x Saw Palmetto 450mg
(will up intake after a few weeks, might add fennel or other herbs)

Massage
Massage with Borage Oil every night, 100 rotations to start off. Again will add more (fenugreek, fennel, avocado oil, heat pack etc.) in future.

I'm currently fitting a 32A bra, and would essential like to get up to a B cup. Haven't measured myself yet but will update when I have, and when I start the detox properly on sunday.
It's been great reading through the forum and learning lots of new things. Nice to meet you all.

I was reviewing many of the program pages. It seems like fenugreek and saw palmetto are two of the main herbs in every program (with some exceptions). But after that, some women add wild yam, or hops, or red clover. I understand these are alternative herbs, but what are the differences? Why do you select one over the other?

I Just saw a bottle of paw paw extract in my health shop which is made from ripe green papaya. Was wondering if this would be good for NBE considering that green papaya is listed as one of the primary boobie friendly foods. Also someone else was talking about a NBE product that was made of papaya extract. Does anyone know if it is worth taking... it's quite expensive???

First of all, I just want to say that I'm SO glad I've finally found a forum with real people, and if you're reading this, thank you!

So, here's my story. I'm 17 years old, i weigh about 110 and I'm 5'3. I have never been able to fill up any sort of cup and it's getting a little bit ridiculous. I've been stuffing B cups since grade 7 and I figured that it was okay because i assumed that by high school I'd be a B cup (instead of breast growth my booty grew in and my body is now totally disproportionate )
Anyways, my problem is that I don't have boobs and I've been faking it forever..as a result of this I can never get intimate with anybody because I'm false advertising. I've never had a remotely normal relationship with a guy and after a few years of growing frustrated with myself for never giving a guy a chance, I realize it's my fault. I'm too uncomfortable with my body to let anybody in because I have NO BOOBS and am very self conscious in general. I've tried all kinds of birth control pills because my friends who ALREADY HAVE boobs have gone on them and their breast sizes jumped 1-2 cup sizes..I, of course saw no results and just ended up with unsightly cellulite and spider veins from the last one i was on (yasmin)

Now here I am, asking you ladies for your help! How can I get my breast size to increase? Have any breast enhancement pills worked for you? How else can I see significant results in breast size?

i have read that fenugreek realy helps to BE..
i am taking now sensouas breasts pills which also contain fenugreek and fennel, i drink soya and i massage my breasts each day..should i also take fenugreek tea?? and if so how do you make that??

please help..
