There are two ways of having your own pictures appear on a forum page like this. Firstly, you can simply e-mail them to the forum at our usual e-mail address. Secondly, if you prefer to use an image host for the pictures, such as Photo Bucket or Image Shack, all you need to do is provide the links for the pictures, either by e-mailing them to the forum or just by posting the links in a normal forum message.

Hi this is Jacka-b, these are my last photos for the forum. I am no longer growing and don't massage as much anymore, but am not shrinking. I think what really boosted growth was Saw Palmetto and Chicken feet soup. I currently wear a 34A / 32B depending on the cut of the bra. I believe in NBE as I have seen results, although this has taken much patience and testing out everything from Brava (which doesnt work) Puraria Mirifica, even tried the gum (this did not work for me). I was on Wonderup for months and it was then that I first started seeing results. I then combined this with Saw Palmetto which among other things increased my sex drive, and this is when things picked up a bit. I also started chicken feet soup once a week or so for a few weeks. I stopped taking herbs and chicken feet soup at the end of 2007, I have kept my growth.
