Alright, so I'm pretty new to all of this, yet I have been researching this site as well as far and wide across the internet.

I am 22 years old
5'9
120-125 pounds, athletic
and I'm not even a 32A. My measurement is 32, but my breast's cant even fill out the cup size Sad

I'm fine with my breast's being small, if nothing works, I won't be to disappointed. The reason I would like (and am trying) to grow some is so I can fit correctly into the clothing I like and already own. It sucks trying on any shirt you love, but can't fill out.

I started Breast Actives about a month ago, and I actually have been seeing some progress, like firmness, soreness, and a possible 0.5 growth, yet I purchased a months supply from Amazon (bad idea) because it's not even the real deal. This has freaked me out because I don't know what I'm putting into my body and I'm not ok with that.

So my program is switching because I'm almost out. I've decided to switch to PM from RoBust topical lotion and use this throughout my cycle and see how it effects me as well as MSM, I also have been applying the cream right after I lay on a heating pad and this seems to really help. If all goes well, I will also purchase PPM pills and start very slowly on these for days 1-14.

I have a very regular cycle and I don't want to mess it up so I want to balance it out from days 15-28, so after ovulation (I'm pretty good at tracking this) I will also include fennel (mostly for digestion) fenugreek, dandelion root, and either black or blue cohosh (I'm still researching these.)
I seem to be very sensitive to herbs and any changes that I implement so I want to keep doses on the lower side, but I'm not exactly sure where to start out and what's considered the low end of everything Sad
Any help or comments are greatly appreciated!

Underbust: 31"
Bust: 32 3/4"
Overbust: 31 1/2"

I forgot to add that I have and will continue to take some other supplements that are just for general health, yet I have read could also directly effect and help with my NBE program, especially probiotics. These supplements are:
Complete Probiotics by Dr. Mercola
Chlorella by Dr. Mercola
Vegetable and Fruit supplements by Juice Plus
Krill Oil by Dr. Mercola
Ground Flax seed in the morning
Fiber Harmony by Dr. Mercola
And occasionally Digestion Enzymes also by Dr. Mercola
(As you can see I love Dr. Mercola's products! They've helped my body out a lot in it's general health)

I will be purchasing Dr. Mercola's multivitamin plus as well.

I also eat a lot of plain all natural yogurt for it's good bacteria, as well as lots of leafy greens and veggies, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, and w/e I eat I splash on the spices and herbs. And I try to avoid Xenoestrogens at all costs.

Like I said, not exactly for my NBE program, just for my general well being, but alas from my researching day and night, these things seem to only help the process!
