Well here it goes lol. I've just signed up and have been doing some reading here. Still trying to figure out the site lol. I'm 23 and I have a 2 year old daughter. I was always happy with my breast but over the last four years I've grown to hate them and wish for bigger breast . To be honest I'm not sure of my bra size I used to always wear a 34b but they never seemed to fit right. So ill give you my measurements underbust 29 and around bust 35. Searching on the internet got me here . I almost considered surgery but I'm glad I found this site. I just don't know where or how to start! So I'm starting with massage and fenugreek I had bought some after I had my daughter bc I tried to breastfeed to late and had trouble with producing milk and I heard that stuff helped . I bought it from gnc so I'm not sure if its even the right type lol. So I need some advice or guidance lol!

Being 23 you have all options open to you. You can try herbs, pumps massage anything. Have a read and choose a method or combinations of methods.

What you have decided to begin with sounds good massage is soo important. As you have already had some experience with fenugreek and like it, then you should keep using it. Did you notice anything the first time you used it? There isn’t really a correct type of fenugreek; as long as it’s by a reputable brand then you should be fine. Looking at other peoples programs you should get a good idea of dosage. It’s a good idea to take a lower dosage to begin with and then increase it over time or add new herbs to your routine. I’m not really an expert on herbs but there are some really good people on the herb section that can help you.

Thanks for the feedback! Yea I need to do a lot more reading. I'm gonna try other herbs too. Not completely positive where to buy some of this stuff.
