Full Version: my attempt at lifting and toning my breasts

20 years old
small 34 c (very saggy, B or C cup bras never fit properly)
right breast and nipple alot bigger.

i have decided to try breast actives for a month (as i don't want to waste money lol) but i am doubling to dose as the dose in one servings just seems too small.

after 1 month i'm changing to a cocktail of herbs which i shall write about later on.

i am also doing daily massage with the BA cream but looking to change to another after some research

I think it's great that you are including herbs into your program! I know there were some women who added a Funugreek Tea to their morning routine and saw a lot of growth. Remember, commit to the same time every day. The closer you can stay to that time the better (I try to keep it within a hour). I also posted some exercises on my page that really seem to help with lifting and shaping. If you received a little booklet with your BA they should be in there as well. Good Luck! If you're looking to tone, you should invest in a pair of 10 lbs weights and do chest lifts. 10-15 daily. This will strengthen the muscles beneath the breast and firm them. Over working the muscle will reduce the effects of growing and shouldn't be overly done. The herbs will help you out a lot and will benefit the growth process. Plenty of protein, some fat and lots of calcium will go a long way. Good luck!

have been on PM for just over a week, started taking it the day after my period (and the day i start my BCP) and will continue for 15 days. i've been applying PM cream morning and night. i've also started using easy curves (although i have been abit lazy with it lol)
already seeing results Smile they are a little heavier and swollen.
i'm going to carry on take breast actives (fenugreek and fennel) for the next 15 days of my cycle.
i'm very hopeful of getting more results though x Smilejust a little update Smile
