Hi all
I know kelp has iodine or is a form of it? My question is is there a difference in the 2, would you get the same effects taking one or the other.. I am thinking that kelp has more to it like minerals etc but not sure cause when I read about both they seem to do the same thing but I think kelp has extra nutrients?
My gut is saying take kelp.. the thing is I have liq. iodine but rather not take it if the kelp has more to offer..
