Just say hello to all you wonderful girls, and thank you for the huge resource you have built here.
My routine is on the program page. It's similar to Eve M's, only less fine-tuned, because I experimented it together without the help of a trained herbalist. I tried other herbs before, but my first NBE success was double dosing a hops formula, in 2006. By now, I rely more on powdered FG seeds, and will slowly align my routine with Eve M's.
