Hi there. I'm new here, of course but I've been around for a while. I am fifteen (please don't start on that whole you're young still and you have time and blah blah blah), and I'm either a 30A or 32A aiming simply for a B cup (any bigger would draw too much unwanted attention). I feel inspired by EVERYONE's success stories and I'm here to give some encouragement to whoever needs it and maybe I'll post my routine. So yea, hi ^^
1. Be over 18
2. Don't take herbs with B.O.
3. Have patience

Are 3 things engraved in our minds and something we're conditioned to say ;-) lol.

But welcome and have fun with the forum :-)
I know they say you have to be over 18, but I'm exactly 18 years old and I don't see the harm in using NBE. Granted, I'm not doing the herbal route, but if anything I would think that being this young could work out for the best in my case and I'm unclear as to why this is discouraged. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Also, welcome and good luck! Smile Smile
I know you don't want to hear this but it's important that you do. Be mature:
Quote:To you who are under 18 years of age (actually, 22 is more realistic, but especially under 18). I hope that you will not make a decision which will result in unintended consequences later.

You are still growing and developing, whether you believe it or not. It is a well known fact here and elsewhere that some are late bloomers. It is very well known that women do not finish developing until ages 22 to as late as age 26. I'd say that you might want to wait. Whatever is keeping one from growing now will also affect an NBE effort.

But that might not convince you to wait. Make sure that you understand the following:

The herbs and other things referenced on this site and other sites work at the cellular level. Phytoestrogens (like fenugreek) work because they are close in molecular structure to real estrogens, so they dock to receptor sites and invoke the cell into an RNA sequence which performs whatever that cell is programmed to do. By using phytoestrogens, real estrogen is kept from docking with cells that have estrogen receptors because the phytoestrogen got there first. This is one of the theories why phytoestrogens can be good to fight breast cancer. However, this can also result in an excess of real estrogen because it was not taken up by cells. The hypothalamus/pituitary glands will register this in what is known as the negative feedback system. The body now thinks that it has too much estrogen and produces less real estrogen.

By producing less estrogen, development actually gets worse! Growth and development could very well stop dead in their tracks! Since the herbs and other things are systemic, that is - they circulate body wide through the bloodstream, other areas are affected besides the breasts. Reproductive organs in the pelvic area could be affected as well as the brain!
Also take into account that as a minor, your involvement on this site could easily result in legal action against those who help. This would result in the closing of this board, and others, and the information on here would cease to exist for everyone.

Please wait. You really have more time than you think. The reason these boards exist is to offer advice on how to best proceed, or not, for adult women who are finished with development. Those under 18 should heed the advice and wait. The unintended consequences are greater than you know, and are not worth the risk.

In the event that there are circumstances where endocrine manipulation is warranted, it is a decision best made by parents and you family gynecologist. Other specialists, endocrinologists could be sought out to deal with these situations. I think that their methods are far more reliable than anything found here.

The information on this board is intended for those over the age of 18.

Also, I am definitely bigger now than I was when I was 15[/b].
i was still in puberty at 19. i actually grew taller in college :] take luck.
I'm not doing herbs or anything like that just massaging and try to eat right and include boobie friendly foods into my diet. I could wait till I'm in my twenties but who says I'll live to reach even sixteen?

Anywho I'm not really stressing about this. I'm just massaging and eating right; if I grow then yippee if not well the massage makes my boobs look good and I'll have a healthy diet and be healthy.

I don't need bigger boobs, it's just I feel awkward and shy being in a class..no...school( i go to an all girls school btw) surrounded by girls with boobs way bigger than mine.[/align]
Hi boobie girl, its good your massaging and eating right its always good to look after your boobs and hey by the time you are 18 you could be a DD lol you got time. If not you can take bovine ovary aslong as you have had your period for more than 2 year, herbs like the others have said could cause more harm than good so id defoe wait till your 20 or near abouts lol. Massage alone though can cause some great growth so its all going to help Big Grin Good luck.

In response to raw's post I have a few things to say. The first is that even though I'm only 18 I've been throught quite a lot and know my body better than most people probably do at this age. I'm also not taking an herbal route and therefore cannot harm my body in any way. BoobieGirl, I know where you're coming from, because I was looking at this same forum when I was your age. I agree with the fact that you shouldn't do anything to harm your hormones or risk unintended consequences, but it sounds to me as though you are on roughly the same plan I am. Raw, I appreciate your concern, but ewveryone has to make their own choices.
Pardon my spelling!
You youngins are way ahead of me thenBig Grin.
