Hi everyone 
Ok, brief introduction; Im 22 years old, South African and am 32A which are really saggy and looked wrinkled
After giving birth to my daughter it all went south. So here I am, I've been doing reseach for days now and this site has helped trememdoulsy. Ive just started a progam yesterday which includes fennel tea,feneugreek tea and a fenugreek supplement. I also started maca on-and- off for the past 2 months but will now include it in my program. I also take vitamin C, Biotin and Zinc on a dialy basis and will continue doing so.
I had fennel and fenugreek tea yesterday before bed and already have a tingling feeling ( the kind you have when breastfeeding) so here hoping it works
I will keep in touch with regular updates, I should also take pics, so that'l be coming soon.
