Does anyone know if they work, I just started using them today.
What can i do for maximum results?

I am a transexual, in the early stages of transition. After a lot of time on the previous forum, and making further research, I concluded that pueriaria mirifica was the way forward and ordered from pueriaria-mirifica.co.uk [now.com] This is the closest plant mimic of oestrogen. I am testamony to it's efficacy, as I have gone from small moobs to being able to fill out a 38B [just].Two of my bras were in my late wife's bra draw and, filling them 15 months ago, seemed an impossible dream Some knock PM, but it always seems to be the case, that they are on a product, that only contains a very small amount of PM.
If you decide to try PM, you need 500mg caps of pure PM.
Wild Yam seems to help, but, as a genetic female, you might consider taking it in the 14 days, leading into and through mensturation, as its' effect is to mimic progesterone,
Some people have limited PM to 14 days of their cycle. My suppliers do not suggest this and it may be another reason, for people being dissapointed with PM.
The other herbs that seem to have produced results are fenugreek and fennel. I have been disapointed with both.
