Hi everyone I need some advise from you girls....

I have been taking herbs (only noticed very little and fluctuating growth), so I also want to try incorporating suctioning system(s) that gives permanent growth. I am a very light sleeper so I am not sure if I can tolerate Brava. Any good suggestions with any of the above suctioning system? Or maybe combining two to get optimal results??

Thanks - any input is much appreciated!!!
I'm a noogleberry user and would highly recommend it as it's the most affordable and effective one that I've seen so far! I don't think I've met one person who didn't see results from noogleberry if they stayed dedicated. And you can do it 30 min to an hour a day and still be fine, there are women that do more per day, but for those with busy lives like myself the less time needed the better. So far I've went from a 32B to a 32C. If you go to the noogleberry forum you will see alot of before and after pics, I think they speak for themselves. Good luck with any one you choose!
OK, I've got them all: Brava, Noggleberry, Bosom Beauty and Enhance. Here my opinion:

Brava
- Most expensive
- Most comfortable domes
- I consider myself a light sleeper and yes, it was difficult to get used to sleeping in the system, but if you can get used to sleep on your back, it's child's play!
- You need a lot of dedication as you need to wear the system for at least 10 hours a day
- Does it work? It worked for me! I used it a few years ago during my stay in England (it was then not available in my country) and then it was actually far more expensive than now. I can't tell you how much I grew - I never took measurements. I probably grew less than a cup or about a cup. If ever possible I used it longer than the 10 hours and longer than the amount of the minimum weeks (can't remember the amount of minimum weeks). The change wasn't dramatic and nobody who didn't know about it noticed it, but I noticed it for sure and it was well worth it for me. (I'm currently using Brava in combination with Bosom Beauty - I wear Brava at night (6.5 - 8 hours) and try to fit in 1-2 BB session a day)

Bosom Beauty
- Domes are more comfortable than Noogleberry domes because they're shaped at the base
- People who are not used to suction may be shocked by the strong suction they experience. However, most people get used to it (suction is adjustable and I use quite low suction).
- You are chained to a machine - but it's really not as bad as it sounds! (I'm actually attached to the machine while typing right now...). I just spend an hour in front of the computer, checking out this forum etc. The tubing is also quite long, so you can do a couple of steps with it.
- According to instructions, you need to use it for 45-60 minutes once a day for 8 weeks. For faster results you can use it twice a day.
- I like the machine! Yep! But I don't recommend the hand pump (airlock system) - it's crap! However, I recommend to adjust the suction level to a comfortable suction. As I said, I use quite low suction.
- Does it work? I haven't done a full cycle yet and even then, I use it in combination with Brava, so I'm not the typical Bosom Beauty user. But yes, I get some swelling and some women say they get just as much swelling from a one hour Bosom Beauty session as from 10 hours Brava. I've read quite a lot of success stories, although one woman claimed she lost it again. My advice is to use it for longer than 8 weeks.
- Some women who have used Brava before and then changed to Bosom Beauty (or use a combo) notice that they get some growth in the upper part and that they get a slight lift with the Bosom Beauty. Sounds good to me!

OK, I've got to go now. I will come back soon and will also write about my experience with Noggleberry and Enhance.
Beautiful Journey: I have couple of questions here:

1. you started using Brava few years ago, and you are still using it NOW? Or you stopped using Brava after you had the growth, then you lost the growth after a while, so you start using Brava again? Or you just simply want some more growth?

2. Did you keep the growth you gained from using Brava after you stopped?

thanks

I used Brava many years back and it was pretty new then. As I said, it wasn't even available in my country then, but I found it online just before my stay in England. You could only buy it from a doctor then. It was perfect for me to use Brava in England because I basically could hide the fact that I was doing some breast enlargement from most people in my country. I obviously had to tell my boyfriend who visited me a few times.

I never took measurements and honestly, I've been wearing the same three bras for years (I've got more than three bras, but for some reasons tend to always wear the same ones.). However, I refused to buy A cup bras and all my bras are Bs, even though in particular one of those bras didn't fit at all before Brava and even my boyfriend then commented on it and said it was just too big. After Brava the bras fitted much better.

However, I put on some weight and 1.5 years ago I started to become a low carber and lost 10 or more kilos. Suddenly I realised that I could only wear the padded bra and I didn't wear the others anymore. While people complimented me on my weight loss, I was not happy that I also had lost my boobs.

I then went online to look for a solution and bought a commercial product called Procurves Plus. It's a herbal pill and you also do special exercises daily. I had no success with it although I took it for several months and stuck to the exercises. I experienced tingles and luteal swelling, but no growth.

I found then websites such as this and decided to go on herbs. I tried individual herbs for several months together with massage, and I again experienced tingles and luteal swelling. But that was it.

I started with PM, but didn't take that for long. I panicked because of my cellulite and honestly I don't know whether my cellulite is due to any of the herbs I took or not, but as some girls said they got cellulite from the herbs I decided to stop. I'm 34 and have had cellulite for some years, so really not sure whether they increased after taking herbs or whether I just imagined that the cellulite had increased.

I then started to take the Beautiful Bosom pills and a little bit before I also started to sleep in Brava again. Also, I ordered Noogleberry, Enhance and the Bosom Beauty machine (the first machine I ordered was from ebay and damaged).

I don't think the Beautiful Bosom pills have been effective in my case. Yes, I sometimes get the tingles, but I did got the tingles with herbs as well. My main problem is that I'm struggling with low body temperature. When I started with the BB pills I didn't even bother taking the temperature, as I just assumed it would be normal. I found out it's not normal at all. I hoped to correct it with kelp, but I've been taking now kelp for 4 weeks and although I thought I saw some increase in temperature, I think actually that it didn't do anything. So far I've never measured one normal temperature and I measure at different times of the day. L-tyrosine is on it's way - had to order it from the US because it's not available here. I hope to be able to regulate my temperature with L-tyrosine and if not, I will take whatever Mel (itsjustforfun) is taking to get her temperature problem fixed. I have a 13.5 months supply of BB pills...

You see, so far what I have been really successful with is Brava. I'm confident that suction works for me, but even with suction, I'm not a fast responder. I doubt whether just noogling would do it for me although it works for quite a few girls.

I cannot put in the hours with Brava anymore. That's why I've recently started the routine of sleeping in Brava and either use the Beautiful Bosom machine (on low suction) in the evening for an hour just before I switch to Brava or in the morning after the Brava. I'm getting swelling from both and I absolutely love my boobs when I leave the flat :-). I'm confident that this routine will work for me.

(And yes, I will keep on taking the Beautiful Bosom pills because I have them anyway...)

To make a long story short: Brava has worked for me and I'm glad I went with Brava when I was in England. Would I do it again? In the situation I was in then, yes, absolutely. It was just perfect for me to do it in England, then. My time schedule is different here and I also have a roommate and I'm hiding Brava and the Bosom Beauty machine from him. I could not put in the 10 hours plus with Brava right now. And for people who go with Brava I even recommend to wear it for longer than 10 hours whenever possible.
i agree that the bb domes look more comfortable than nb...

personally, i did brava for about 8 weeks a few years back. i kept some, but i was also doing bovine ovary at the same time, so who knows which was the one that worked. i had a very invasive surgery done, also, so weight changes came into play as well. i figure i am starting over, though my bras still fit from when i grew before (about 2 inches) so i didn't lose very much anyway.

i currently use nb pump with the bb domes because the domes are more comfortable. brava domes were the BEST, but i just can't afford them right now. i would use the brava domes with the nb handpump, if i could... i just didn't like the time commitment to the brava. you have to have a very particular schedule for it to work for you. nb i fit in as i have time, so it works best for my crazy days.

i would say start with nb because it is cheapest and you can tell if you think suction might work. go combo with different domes if you like, trying bb or brava domes, but the nb handpump is better than the other two airlock systems...

hope this stuff helps!

I'm currently using the Bosom Beauty Airlock and I think its great! Why do you think its crap?
Hi Princess

If the BB airlock works for you - that's great!

I have nothing against using BB with an airlock system. On the contrary - that's actually how the Enhance system works. If you order the Enhance system, you actually get the BB domes, a bra to wear the system in and the tubing. With the Enhance you suck out the air yourself and then just airlock it - there is no pump as with BB airlock or NB. I found generating suction by just sucking out the air yourself difficult (but apparently, people get used to it and I've read a lot of success stories from people who wore it for about 2 consecutive hours daily) and as I own all systems (Brava with Smart Box, Brava with airlock, Bosom Beauty machine, Bosom Beauty airlock, Noogleberry, Enhance), I've just played around and found out for me what I like best. Other people may have other preferences.

Owning both the BB hand pump and the NB hand pump - I so much prefer the NB hand pump! That's why I made the comment that BB airlock is crap! It's so much faster to pump with the NB pump, but I guess you can finally pump just as well with the NB hand pump and the results will be the same.
Okay I just skimmed through the posts here as there is alot for me to catch up on... I have no experience with the other suction devices, but I love my NB, as far as comfort with the domes, I didn't use anything on the domes last year at all and I'd say the first few sessions were uncomfortable after that I was fine. But I am not really thin, and I have a high tolerance to pain, you might not find the dome comfortable enough. With the XL's I started putting cushioning on the bottom because, without it, I was starting to get lasting indentions in my breasts, where when I didn't pump it still sort of looked like they did right after taking the domes off minus the redness. But the indent from the domes were still there. Now I use the campers tape, and I put cling wrap on top of it to prevent the campers tape from messing up due to the lotion, so far that is working for me. The campers tape is not sold here so I have to order it and shipping is pricey, so I try to savage what I can from what I have. Now with using the campers tape, I get NO redness and very little indentations, the indentations are over a larger area and they only last for an hour or less. So I can go out and still have swelling right after pumping and wear sexy tops! I couldn't afford Brava or the others, so NB was the choice for me, and now I'm glad I chose it rather than saving my money and waiting.
Hi Anastasia,

I was wondering if you are using one layer of tape or if more how many? It's funny you should post this because I almost emailed you a couple of days ago to ask pretty much about this exact topic as i began to get the indents also and was wondering how you had been pumping for so long and not had the same problem, but now I see you too ran into this.

I'm really excited though, I have the new prototype of the new rings coming this way in the mail as we speak. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that the new one addresses the old problems the others had. I can't wait to give them a test run and see how they work. Until they arrive though, I'm still using the old camping tape so trying to figure out how to solve the problem still.

I ordered a second tee kit to hook up to my old large cups even though I fill up the ends now. I'm hoping it's still enough tension to work so that maybe I can switch between the two sizes and maybe give the indentions a longer break that way.

Anyways, it's good to see you back,
