Hi ladies!

So, I am super focused on writing all the thins about noogling and pumping, and the other day I was reading about breastfeeding (idk why) and how our breast change during and after the pregnancy. I read some sci-papers that concluded breastfeeding does not play a relevant role when your breast shrink or increase , but our body fat percentage and fat storage in our breast do the real work.

So, at first I thought it would be a matter of weight during and after pregnancy, like my mom gained 22kg with me (lol) and lost 16kg in two years, but she got two cups more (from 34B to 36D). Before havin' my siblings she was 32B and in all pregnancies she exceed the weight allowed but loosing most of that weight and getting back in shape in a year and a half. She was 39 years old when she had me, and the only thing she complains is she lost the perkiness she had with my eldest brother (five years apart of me), lol .
In her case she got more breast tissue and breast fat than she used to have before becoming a mom , but I guess that is not the common case.

Therefore, my main question is even though sci-paper says it doesn't affect breastfeeding, what do you think about it? I can't have my own opinion (cause I am not pregnant nor I won't be at least for the next 5 years lol) but some of my best friends have had babies and it is true they say their breasts are more deflated but in size are the same or similar (all of them condemn the gravity haha).

I guess our body fat % and fat storage around the breast is relevant, but related to NBE, when someone gets results (for instance, Jenniferlove, Rocket, Ellen, people who got a huge result) and if they plan to get pregnant, would they have to keep in mind they breast might change and might get back to their 'start' size?

What do you think?
PS: I'd love to breastfeed my babes! [if I have in the future]

Hello !!
So, I've had 2 babies and breastfed both of them. I also had implants at the time that I removed after having them, so that might biased my experience.
For me, I am the same after babies, and that's about an A cup, small B.
What played a bigger role in my breast being deflated is undeniably the implants removal .
I gained 20kg during my first pregnancy, 10kg during my second, and breastfed for a total of 12 months.
However, I've always been a hard gainer in the boobs department. I will put on fat everywhere but in the boobs... Sad
I'm very pear shaped.
My mum also went from an A cup to a C cup after 3 babies. Unfair ahahah!!
That being said, the good thing is, my nipples have changed for the better!!
I used to have very puffy, round and slightly tuberous nipples but they no longer have this shape, they just look like regular nipples now.
That's the only difference I can think of but I guess every experience is different
I've had 3 babies and breastfed all of them for at least 6-12 months each.
In terms of boob size, I didn't gain much at all in any pregnancy or during breastfeeding, perhaps 1 cup at most. Weight wise I gained nearly 20kg with my first pregnancy, and between 10-15kg with the second two. I didn't keep any of this weight longer than 6 months after giving birth, I guess breastfeeding helped with that.
Once my milk dried up, my boobs went straight back down to their former A cup size, but we're an empty feeling A. Very deflated and all the tissue was heading south.
My sister on the other hand, had a small frame like me before babies, but with each pregnancy, she retained a bit of weight and a fair bit of boob. After 3 kids, she stayed a little heavier than she wanted (about 5-10kg) but she is pretty happy with the boobs she got to keep (14c).
I’ve had 3 babies and breastfed all of them (2 for 6 months and 1 for 11 months). Pre-pregnancy, I always had b cup boobs, but they were perky. Post-pregnancy and breastfeeding, I shrunk back down and even a bit smaller to a small b and definitely more “deflated”. Side profile is very flat.

I will note that during pregnancy I was up to a C and during breastfeeding I was up to a D. They looked huge in pictures! So sad to lose them.
