I'm the new noogler,
I started before 2 weeks.
but my nipple seems to be large...... already...

bandage leaves red marks and sore scratch....



another user recommanded pringles can, but It is difficult to treat............

My mother's nipples are very huge. Nobody's isn't bigger than my mother's

So I worried about nipples grow larger and larger.......

I have PCOS, acne, small breast, and thin......

maybe, Noogleberry is my last hope.............

But it makes my nipples larger and larger........ So sad, depressed.....

please help me!!

these days, I considered plastic surgery.... 

but I wish it is the last choice and I hope to succeed NBE

I'd suggest you to contact Joe for PCOS&diet thing, firstly.

About noogling, you can noogle but be aware that pumping makes the skin get wider, so will do a bit in areola and nipples. 

The pringles can is so effective, the thing is you need to be patient with the technique and with yourself. Start little by little, and you'll see it's not that hard, I promise.
