I am looking for something to boost progesterone while I boost my estrogen to sort of balance it out...

I'm a bit wary of vitex because I read it lowers prolactin. PC seems kind of intense but may give it a go if I'm stalling from what I use now.

I just have maca and tumeric; anything else someone knows of? Should these be good to even out progesterone with estrogenic herbs?

Nevermind caved and got vitex; tumeric apparently can be a progesterone blocker -__-

Does anyone know when to test for progesterone if you have a wildly irregular cycle?
