I have been taking BO now for three months and have been getting good results. I've gained some weight, but I'm working to fix that so I can know if my gains are true or if it's just fat.

I'm about to begin using BO tincture, but I was also thinking of using some PM cream. A few websites that I read said it's a bad idea. Has anyone used BO and PM?

I'd be interested in this too as estrogen levels tend to drop as you get older.

Lotus did that in one of her programs, i dont remember where but i would try looking that up
