Hi!

I'm Ruri and I officially joined this site recently but I have been lurking around for about a month. I'm 25 years old, have no children and have the Mirena IUD. I have no periods, although very rarely there is spotting. My boyfriend and I wish to increase my bust size through NBE. I'm glad he's supportive of me and my endeavor since I, like many women on this site, want a bigger bust. Searching around, we have decided to do this through Fat Transfer(chiyomilk) and BO(Bountiful Breast). We just ordered a 9 month supply that is set to deliver tomorrow(yay! but ouch our wallets lol). We also purchased supplements to help aid NBE. I currently eat a 1200-1400 calorie diet daily to lose weight and will continue to do so so I can lose weight at a slow but sure pace. I am hoping to to increase my bust size and lose weight at the same time. Bonus points if my hips and butt become more shapely! I will officially start this program tomorrow.

I will do my best to update this thread weekly at least and will post monthly measurements.

Current Measurements:
Bra Size: 38D Bust: 41.75''  Underbust: 37.25'' Waist: 38'' Hips: 40'' Booty: 41'' Weight: 172.6 lbs

Goal Measurements:
Bra Size: 36G Smaller waist and Hips (undetermined size lol) Weight: 140 lbs


Exercise Regime:
-2x a day of 10-15 mins of chiyomilk's fat transfer message, once when I wake up and once in the afternoon
-3x a week of 30 mins of Cardio

Pill Regime:
-2x Bioperine (10 mg) 15 mins before I take the other pills, once in the morning and once at night 

AM
-1x Krill Oil (625 mg)
-2x Folic Acid (400mg)
-1x Biotin (10,000 mcg)
-1x L-Tyrosine (500 mg)
-2x MSM (1000 mg)
-1x Spearmint Leaf (400 mg)
-1x Estrosense
-1x B-12 (5000 mcg)

PM
-2x BB
-2x Pituitary Glandular (80 mg)

I read somewhere that if you take Bioperine 15 mins before you take pills, it will help maximize absorption. I derived most of my supplements from Orangepeels 'A Few Safe Supplements for BO Programs' thread. So thanks Orangepeels! I decided to take Spearmint Leaf as a pill instead of tea since I don't drink tea often and I read online that it can help out with acne. I'll take Estrosense to help balance out my hormones although I'm not sure if I should take this at the same time I'm taking BB and Pituitary Glandular. I think I will take them at the same time and tell everyone how this goes.I'm taking B-12 since I had this in my cabinet and saw it helps promotes energy production. I'm going to take the BB and Pituitary Glandular at night since Em has had great success with this.
Got my BB pills from the UPS guy! I didn't expect the pill container to be so huge but it does carry 270 pills. Did 2x of 15 minute massaging, my breasts felt warm after awhile so that's a good sign! I was nervous that I wouldn't memorize chiyomilk's fat transfer massage but after the massages I did today- I pretty much have it down. 

I might look into doing Deer massaging but I'm not sure yet. If anyone has any tips, questions or suggestions- feel free to post or PM! I would love your input.

So excited for my program but I'm trying to dial it down a notch and do my best to be patient for results.

When I started on BO I added a lot of weight quickly, so watch your scale and either reduce intake or ramp up the exercise.

Hi Bobbi,

Thanks for the links and tips, I will definitely look into those links. I have a scale at home so I will continue to reduce my calorie intake and figure out more exercises to do at home. I hope with both exercise and reduced calorie intake that I won't gain weight. I lost 30 pounds since September '16 so I am looking to continue my weight loss.

What program are you currently on Bobbi?
I just noticed I spelled massage wrong in my first post and topic title. Silly me! I just got my spearmint leaf in the mail and started drinking it today. I massaged for an hour total today while watching shows. Hoping for the best. My breasts again eventually felt warm during my sessions. 

I'm holding off on drinking Estrosense until I research more about it balancing my hormones and I'll decide when to take it. If with BO or as a cleanse here and there to give my body a break. Do I even need to cleanse when I'm taking BO? I need to research the forums again since I kept jumping back and forth between BO and herbs forum topics so everything I learned is kind of mushed together. Silly me. I'm going to start writing notes more and bookmarking more topics.

Thats a great weight loss, Congratulations!
I do Chi and Deer, then finish with fat brushing.
I also find that mixing up the different massage techniques is more interesting than going round and round for, what seems like, hours.
Its easier on the arms too.

Ohh, that's a good point haha my arms were getting tired from doing so much fat brushing messaging. I will start doing probably Deer and fat brushing for now and add Chi in later on in my program. I've noticed your everywhere in this forum, that's amazing! You're so helpful and supportive.
You're the first person to mention estrosense. I take it everyday as I believe that we are all exposed to xenoestrogens and the other ingredients are great! It's a must take for me

Interesting! How long have you been taking it? I will take mine when I decide to do a detox to cleanse my body. So for now its just on my desk. I don't want to take it and have it interfere with the hormones the BO is reactivating.
Its only been less than a week since I've started to take BO and I've started to develop more acne. I usually have one here and there every few days but yesterday I've noticed there were over 5 of them that appeared overnight. Boo! But atleast I know the BO is bringing my body back to puberty. I've upped my Spearmint pills intake to 2x a day in hopes it helps counteracts the acne.

So new pill regime is found below for reference.

Pill Regime:
