So i use SHILLS Breast up lotion on my breast for massage, I do the massage for 20-30 minutes and gives me a heat sensation afterwards. I'm just wondering if the heat that is caused by the lotion will make the fats in the breast burn? Is the heat essential for breast anyway? Huh

Heat is good for the breasts. It boosts blood flow and circulation to the breast tissue and that helps when it comes to NBE.
Good question! I think as long as you are not losing weight you should be fine Smile

Body uses fat for fuel, if you are getting enough food in your system then your body will use that.

Also I think for the short amount of time that your breasts are exposed to heat, are not enough to lose significant amounts of fat, in the case that you are trying to lose weight.

But this is just my 2 cents on it Smile
Like the question though!

Thank you Miss Ellen, Blush

I googled about massage which eventually cause heat and i found out some articles and health website that it could melt fat, so i was curious. That made ask this pretty weird question.
i was just pretty curious since the heat stay on my boobs for like 10-20 mins , too long for me. Huh Rolleyes I really appreciate your answer and you have a point though. Now, i thnk i'll continue my breast massage using that lotion.

Reading this just eliminated my doubt on massage! Thank you for your respond ZaraAri, i like the science fact that is good for NBE. I will continue my massage routine, it just improved my shape and now i think my blood circulation is doing great !

Hi there Jelai_, (welcome to BN).  Smile

Here's an alternate breast massage therapy that I've used, and it actually works. It's a hot/cold process that can build new brown fat cells and strengthens old (fat cells known as mature adipocytes) you have. Indecently, pre-adipocytes (new fat you take in) are better suited for breast growth in combination with burning fat from exercise.

Or

1-2 ice packs

Alternate hot water from the shower heating up the breasts, (1-2 minutes), face back to the shower and apply cup full of shredded ice, start in a clockwise position using the cup (1-2 minutes), alternate back to hot water heating breasts after completing the clock method, (15-20 seconds per 15 min. clock position), massage massge massage while completing this step, lol. Ultimately, a thermogenesis is taking place. Bigger breasts might see breasts roundness almost immediately, (did for me lol).

The CT therapy while noogling works, although I might suggest chilling the domes first. After using crushed ice inside the domes I pumped w/o ice, immediately the domes steamed up, exactly what I was hoping for, suggesting thermogenesis.

Another note: I see alternating an ice pack with warm compress for those not pumping could replace CT pumping. Use massage during and after to keep the blood flowing, the ice should raise heart rate for hormone release and activation of fat cells (BAT- brown adipose tissue).

The idea is to create new BAT (brown adipose tissue) by thermogenesis. Only in my opinion (lol) as we expend burned energy (via thermogenesis) fat is oxidized through mitochondria through HSP (heat shock proteins), some evidence has shown that when HSP's are increased it protects against oxidative stress, (this is postive news imo, similar to anti-inflammatories, only here, it's produced naturally in our cells). Now when I do this CT my heart rate immediately goes up, which activates this process too. Please seek medical advice before beginning any NBE regiment. I'm not a medical professional.

Combining cold thermogenesis with HIIT (high intensity interval training) aka depletion of energy in breast tissue could be of benefit. Add intermittent fasting to kick HGH (human growth hormone) in.

Quote:when you consume protein in levels higher than recommended above, you tend to activate the mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) pathway, which can help you get large muscles but may also increase your risk of cancer. There is also research suggesting that the "mTOR gene" is a significant regulator of the aging process, and suppressing this gene may be linked to longer life.

Anyways lol. I'm getting ahead of myself lol, I'll have to break other related info over a couple of posts. Though some keys points are icing breasts while doing isometrics, try a cold version of pumping (crushed ice insides the domes), and do isometrics while pumping for fat burn.

The best part of this cold therapy (cold thermogenesis) is the low cost of ice water lol . And there's plenty of diy versions of ice packs.

Another version of thermogenesis happens when we sleep, natural melatonin plays a part of this. Adding melatonin at night (because we lose the natural production over time) with MSM looks very interesting, more info to follow: Big Grin

Proof of principle: the effects of chemical uncouplers:
The mitochondria of any organ of the body (except brown adipose tissue) are innately energy sparing through the ‘coupling’ of O2 consumption (i.e. thermogenesis) to ATP synthesis, only allowing the combustion of substrate when it is necessary, i.e. when ADP is available to be phos- phorylated (Fig. 2(A)). As heat is released when ATP is hydrolysed, thermogenesis can in principle occur either when ATP utilization is increased (e.g. in muscular work) or when protons are allowed to re-enter the mitochondria without ATP synthesis taking place, i.e. in ‘uncoupled’ mitochondria (Fig. 2(B and C)).

So I was looking into some research on cold water therapy and how it aids in recovery times in post HIIT workouts. Turns out that it also builds new brown fat cells, hmm, interesting huh?. Well.....it got me thinking on different ways to promote new cell growth for breast tissue. As we know fat cells produce aromatase enzyme, which converts testosterone into estrogen. We also know HIIT produces natural growth hormone and expels lactate, (initiates new muscle synthesis). It's quite possible (imo) using that cold water therapy and HIIT can trigger breast growth, the science says it's possible. Wink

Another example: From a clinical study I found that it stated that cAMP (2nd messengers) levels significantly increased lipolysis in adipose tissue, at 4°C, (39 degrees). Adipocytes increased the release of glycerol, indicating that the high rate of lipolysis occurred in these cells.

So how do this apply to NBE?, my opinion?..........hmm.......Rolleyes use ice packs on the boobs after massage/boobie exercises (you still do those grab n pull method boob exercises right?)  I hope so cause that in-itself triggers breast growth. This method along with HIIT, cold water therapy is free, cept the cost of water.  Rolleyes

In summary, quantitative and qualitative analyses demonstrated that immediate CWI performed after a HIIS resulted in better next day running performance (YRT), while delayed (3 h) CWI was also likely to result in improved YRT performance, compared to no CWI. Importantly, greater benefit was associated with immediate CWI. This information is pertinent to athletes, particularly if they do not have immediate access to recovery facilities following exercise performance.

Hi Fruitcake,

You're welcome (my pleasure to help).  Smile You could use that method but you'll need to expend the energy in the breasts-meaning do isometrics to exhaust muscles and massage to stimulate existing fat cells for new synthesis (the release of estrogen inside fat cells). Great question.  Wink

Wow lotus!

This is the best thing I have read all day! Smile
How creative, love it!
I do have a question though, English is my second language, and I was reading what you wrote, and I have no clue what you meant.
It is this part:

""
Alternate hot water from the shower heating up the breasts, (1-2 minutes), face back to the shower and apply cup full of shredded ice, start in a clockwise position using the cup (1-2 minutes), alternate back to hot water heating breasts after completing the clock method, (15-20 seconds per 15 min. clock position), massage massge massage while completing this step, lol. ""
Things I don't get:

With Cup, what do you mean? A noogleberry cup? Or a glass?
With the clockwise, what clockwise? What item?
First 1-2 minutes, then 15 seconds of what? And 15 minutes of what?

I was hoping you could rewrite it a little? Cause I would love to apply it.
I just don't get the method atm. The science behind it is pretty cool, I'll read up more about brown fat tomorrow.

Much love, Ellen

Hi Lotus,
wow what a wealth of information thanks!
i wanted to ask you, instead of showering and CT or noogling and CT could you use icepack for a couple of minutes on the breasts then a hot water bottle? Would that work just as well or no??

Ultimately, a thermogenesis is taking place. Bigger breasts might see breasts roundness almost immediately, (did for me lol).

Shy ok, sorry, I will attempt to clarify. In the absence of a directional video  SmileWink .....please visualize at first.....then practice. I suppose you can complete this version w/o showering. Making sure the ice temp is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit  (0 degrees Celsius), and hot water not to exceed 120 ° Fahrenheit (48.89 celsius).

I like this shared explanation:

FULL ANSWER
While ice melts above 32 degrees Fahrenheit, if water is free of gas or any nucleating points, it can actually get supercooled without freezing all the way down to minus 43.6 degrees Fahrenheit, placing its melting point much higher than its freezing point. Additionally, ice also melts faster in water than in air because water conducts heat better than air. Inside water, heat reaches the ice 20 times quicker than in air, so it melts more rapidly even when both the water and air have the same temperature.

Simplified version:

Step 1: set shower water temperature to hottest setting you can take, position shower water spray on the breasts, 1-2 minutes.

Step 2: step away (or turn backwards away from shower head).

Step 3: apply a cup full of shredded ice (or ice pack of choice) start in a clockwise position using the cup (1-2 minutes), alternate back to hot water heating breasts after completing the clock method, (15-20 seconds per 15 min. clock position), massage massge massage while completing this step, lol. Ultimately, a thermogenesis is taking place. Bigger breasts might see breasts roundness almost immediately, (did for me lol)

The cold therapy (ice chips) while noogling works, although I might suggest chilling the domes first. After using crushed ice inside the domes I pumped w/o ice, immediately the domes steamed up, exactly what I was hoping for, suggesting thermogenesis.

" Cup " (is 1 cup [8oz by volume] of ice)...basically, enough ice is whatever you'll need to complete the rotation. Pre-chilling the dome (noogleberry or other dome devices) is unique, I don't think anybody tries this method tbh?.....thus the significance of thermogenesis.  Smile
