My pump just came in today. I was so excited that I used it immediately. Definitely a bit of swelling already. I also use Busty Curve cream to make things happen a bit faster. But, I definitely see a difference!!

I wasn't sure if pics were allowed here. I'm glad to know that it's okay to do so. I will post before pics. I felt bad about my last about leaving and I realized I just didn't give the site a chance. And I want to now. I will post my progress as I go along.

Yes, posting pics is a great way of being able to review and analyze your progress but also make sure you record down your measurements from the start and then at least once a month! And don't worry about your last post, I totally understand where you were coming from. I'm pretty sure everyone on this forum has felt ignored and unimportant at least once, if not more (I know I have! lol). Just focus on learning more about NBE, reading threads and discovering what might help you on your journey, and most importantly focus on your goals. Be consistent, patient, and diligent. Don't give up!! And if you post a thread and it doesn't get any comments, try not to take it personally, but just try to research the answer for yourself because maybe no one on here knows how to answer you. That happens to me a lot: I ask questions, no one answers, I do the research, and I end up learning and sharing what I found out.
