Natural Breast Enhancement Forums

I wanted to see if anyone knows about filling breasts "in", and what I mean by that is basically reducing the distance between the breasts. My breasts aren't especially wide set, but my ribcage is so small that they look wide set. Can a breast pump be used to fill this area in? I imagine theoretically it is possible, but has anyone tried it or seen results like this? And is there a trick to it?
