im getting really bad stretch marks from noogling. Is it cos i do the pump and hold method? Or is because i swell alot?

I do apply cocoa butter generously but not doing anything from the dryness around my boobs also i believe because the skin is stretching to the stretch mark that is appearing on my left boob only.

Any advice?

Hey dear,

my biggest advice about avoiding stretch marks is after noogling put again a bit of oil/lotion and don't forget to hydrate your skin at least once a day (full body) and even better if you moisturize your breasts twice a day.

I don't have any stretch marks and I've grown two cups already so yes moisturizing works. The first three months I used a specific cream for the area the ones that pregnant women use - palmer's do have a product for it and also mama mio is a good brand but a bit expensive.

Try to heal these stretch marks now that you can!

Happy growing xo,
How much pressure are you exerting on your breast? When I noogle, I only pump until I feel firm pressure, but not painful discomfort. I do this because I don't want to get any stretch marks and so far I haven't.

It works long term at least! Also, do you take collagen orally? I take it for avoiding stretcmarks around my glutes (HAAAATE THEM!!) and deff, I can see a difference!

VidaGlow has good collagen , it's quality is great - but it's marine collagen and Idk if you are vegan or not Big Grin

Also, hyaluronic acid in creams can help you!

No problems with marine collagen-ive just checked out vidaglow on amazon uk- pretty expensive. Has it contributed to any breast growth or just stretchmarks? I would be keen if it helped me with hair growth and thickness too! Ive lost so muh thickness over the years and havent got it back. Will look into it more..thanks sweetorange-

Collagen is good for skin, nails, hair and so much more . For example, if you suffer or you do have lots of cellulite it helps to release the toxins and improve your skin's elasticity . I take it since 2015 and honestly it's the best thing I have tried so far - It helped me with hair loss when I had anaemia . By that time I took two sachets daily but now I just take one (I will take two again before summe improve the hair softness) .
Also, super important, it improves the circulation so it can be good for NBE.
An easy way to both prevent new stretch marks and treat existing stretch marks is to exfoliate. You don’t even have to splurge on a price y exfoliator. The best remedies for stretch marks are all natural try mixing coffee grinds with a little cinnamon and either olive or coconut oil for an amazing smelling, very cheap exfoliator to use in the shower.

Hey there, I would also suggest you to apply cream or any body lotion to the stretch marks affected area. Also regular massage with a body roller see this here helps reducing stretch marks. The body roller provides a deep tissue massage, stimulating your cells to make the healing process faster. Along with massage proper diet and exercise are moist and also staying hydrated will help in reducing its appearance.
