Hi,
I have purchased a brand that says the PM is 2,500mg per capsule.....then on the back it says each capsule is 250mg of 20:1 extract
So does this mean the amount of PM is 250mg per capsule or 2,500mg per capsule?
If the ainterol brand is 400mg per capsule and you can take 4 a day does this mean I can only take one a day of the brand I have (oxford vitality) or do I need to take 8 pills a day to get 2000 mg of PM.
I am so confused hoping someone can help please
