Hey sweets,

First of all Merry Christimas to you ! Hope you are having a wonderful time with your families and friends Blush

Well, today I had to go to the doctor , endocrinologist specifically : I use to go due to my weight problems.

This is my story lol, a year ago I was underweight 46kgs and I had to gain weight . Today, 26th december 2016, I weight 61kgs = 15kgs more! Rolleyes  This is because I am taking an antidepressant a.k.a Mirtazapine which makes you feel hungry 24h

He suggested me in loosing weight, 3-5kgs because apparently depression and weight issues are linked.

I am going to loose 2kgs (like 4 pounds) first and see what happens... I don't want to loose all my progress with pumping. In 11 months I have got 2 more cup sizes and I'm happy with it!

I still don't know how I am going to loose weight and mantain what I have achieved through noogling yet, any ideas?

Thank you!
Two cups due to weight gain ? Wow that's cool
I'd focus on cutting out any "bad" sweets fats etc that you KNOW are bad. But eat good ones and keep your circulation  going strong and stimulate your breasts while you are loosing to try maintain it. Just what I'd try anyway Smile
I should say the 2 are compatible. I have lost a fair amount of weight and have gained near enough 4 cup sizes this year!

Wow! May I ask what you do/did to grow them?
I'm sorry that I don't really have an answer for you but my goal at the moment is to lose weight and grow my breast size, I will be starting a routine soon and will find out if they're compatible! I'll definitely post about my results... I have seen people on here saying it's possible to lose weight and grow breasts or at least maintain their size whilst losing weight on the rest of your body but I have also seen people say it's best to lose the weight first and then grow the breasts and they're not really compatible.. I guess there's only one way to find out!
