Have just been amazed with my results so far. But today I took off my cover shirt and my breasts were so big full and rounded that I swore I was wearing a pushbra under my tank top. They're so much more perkier too. I don't know if anyone else had experienced perkiness with BO but it's lovely to have.
Another lovely addition has been somewhat erect nipples at all times and stiffer, fuller nipple erections. Like the nipple size has increased. They went from pencil sized to dime sized.
I mean honestly I feel like BO is working better for me when taken at night in one large dose right before growth hormones are released than small doses throughout the day.
I haven't noticed any further butt growth but my hips have spread more.

Broke down and measured, sigh, I'm so weak :/ buuuuuuuuut I've grown .25" so 37.25" as of ten minutes ago. And I still have my pills to take tonight and 1.3W left before my 3M mark so plenty of time to keep growing before than. Still hoping for my 4"+ by year's end!
I'm also hoping this isn't swelling that's lasted this long and tricking me :/
Oh also my nipples have been super achey for the past few days maybe because AF is due today but never had it happen before.
ETA: Oh I measured my butt and that grew too
I'm 37.5" now. I'm an hourglass so as my breasts grow so will my butt and I'll always be in proportion which is something I know alot of women worry about so this is great.
Just ordered a another supply of BO
and my gains have been holding so far. I'll measure again at my 3 month mark next week. I really can't believe 3 months have will have already been here so soon either. I'll be at half before I know it. Haha hope everyone else's programs are going well!

I'm still taking my BO all at once at night and loving the results. My breasts and butt have become plump, juicy and jiggler. And I noticed, or really, my friends have made me notice how my waist has become more tucked in and hips have flourished. I did measure again and got 3 different number as I went up or back my back. So I'm putting off measuring for right now.
I'm just excited to be a quarter of the way down with my year and with my other 4 month supply ordered I'm set all the way into the late of the year for BO.
I was contemplating increasing my dose but I think increasing my dose before the year is up wouldn't necessarily mean my growth would stay just that it might come sooner. And my goal is permanent breast growth so I'll stick to 1000mg BO per day until my year is up. But next year I will look into increasing my dosage to 1500 per day so I'm building on a solid foundation of growth from this year

Looks like we all learn something everyday, and it all makes sense too. HGH is working at night so giving it something extra to work with is perfect.
Your right to keep the same dosage since its still working well for you, and as you growth plateaus, take a break and begin again with your higher dosage.

Thank you Bobbi, learning patience is the key for NBE. And very important. I was thinking the same with HGH being highest during sleep. So I like playing classical at night to help my body get in the mode for sleep and relax better to comfortable sounds.

Breasts feel and look nice and super plump. I measured just now at 37.6 so they've become a bit more full than before. So just to reflect on my past three months, they've been super trying at times with quickly wanting breasts, not always see the progress I wanted, being disappointed when some of my progress would disappear. So I've been also using this as a way to grow in my patience and acceptance of things. So my breasts are amazing because they've taught me to be patient lol more patient.
Back to breast stuff I am hoping to meaure in at 38in by my 4 month mark at the end of March. We'll see them though.
Just measured annnnnnnnd I'm 38" mhmm I'm happy but also pretty sure this is pre period swelling since I'm due soon like less then two weeks. I mean damn I love seeing a 38" bust in the mirror, can't wait to see a 40" inch bust, just want it to be permanent. So I'll continue to monitor this situation. Swelling up to 39" before my period and dropping back only an inch would be great.

Measured just before my shower at 37.75" which is great! I'm 6 Days away from AF but it'll probably come late again which still gives me time to grow before it hits.
It's honestly the small things like when I drink tea I can feel my breast on my arm haha feels so good.
I can't believe I'm so close to 40" and yet so far. I know it'll probably take me the entire year to hit that mark but if I boobs have been teaching me anything, it's patience. Things come in time as long as you work at it. Hope everyone else's program is going good!
Btw if anyone has any experience with Bovine Mammary Glandular pills please let me know. I'm considering adding that to my Aug - Dec BO slot to see if I could possibly get a huge boost in my breast growth taking both BM and BO.
oh my gosh ..just read through your thread and am excited you’re having this good fortune. and it’s almost as if you didn’t really intend to be taking all 1000mg bo at night and making this hgh connection …but you did.
i’ve taken bo in the past ..and pituitary, hypothalamus, sheep placenta ..sorta testing the waters but i never really made the connection that you have. i did get pretty swollen once and leaked a little but it only lasted a couple of days. i don't know why that happened. i haven’t taken it for quite awhile but, hhhmmm, maybe i should give this nightly bo and hgh thing some serious thought. i know people have mixed feelings about it but for centuries people have eaten organ meats or sweet meats i think they call them. here’s some interesting info ..about midway
