Hi ChandaAA! I haven't actually begun my new NBE program yet but if I do end up using Progesterone cream, this is the one I'll be trying http://drrandolphswellnessstore.com/prod...ance-cream. My mom already uses it and both of us don't like using soy. It's not listed anywhere in the ingredients, although I'm sure you could send an inquiry or call Dr. Randolph's store (844) 208-6517 and ask them about that specifically if you're really concerned or have soy allergy issues. I like the fact that this product is formulated by a physician and he uses it frequently in his practice for natural hormone replacement.
