Hi all
I don't post all that much but I do visit and like to see what everyone is doing. To update any of you ....I tried the individual herb route but found that I couldn't keep up all that pill taking, etc with my busy lifestyle...plus I wasn't dedicated enough for it.
So I chose to start taking Mirifem (PM) and massage with Mirfem Creme as well as cocoa butter and EPO.
Internally I am also taking a multi vitamin, Calcium Mag, and Vit C.
I am 41 years old, had a hysterectomy three years ago (still have one ovary so not in menopause), two kids never breastfed. I started as a B cup although not really full. I smoke and drink socially and also drink diet coke (that's my coffee)
I have finished one complete month of Mirifem - no growth whatsoever. I had a few pains early on but that was when I was more faithful with massage. Nothing for the last several weeks. I am not discouraged really since I bought 6 months worth and have decided to stick it out.
I plan to be a little more diligent with my massages for this month....and am hoping to cut out the smoking and the diet coke....one or the other this month.
Anyway, if any of you are on Mirifem....let me know how it's going.

Lol! You sound a lot like me. I'm 42, 2 kids (never breastfed), smoke, drink now and then, etc, etc........don't do coffee or soft drinks though.
If you read my profile it talks of my 5 month Mirifem journey. Began at the start of March this year and ended a fortnight ago. Am now on WU.
What I found with Mirifem was it gave me horrendous period cramps and PMS which I'd never had before. It did give me great skin though.....but I bagged on 7 pounds in weight in 5 months. It's as if it knocked my metabolism to bits somehow.
I purchased from ebay and was able to contact lots of people from the feedback ratings and ask them how they were progressing. Everyone I spoke to was angry that they were gaining weight and most the girls I spoke with had to give up.
Saying that, I did gain 3 inches of boobage in that time, then lost an inch. Since starting the WU I've lost 4 pounds in weight already.......and must say that I am not a big eater or anything and didn't stuff my face during the Mirifem journey.....lol!
Anyways Brenda, good luck to you. I will be watching your progress over the coming months :-)

So glad to hear about your growth so far. I have not gained any weight on Mirifem although it's only been a month and a half. But I am not prone to gain weight anyway - I have trouble keeping it on.
I do know that Fawn said on the BE board that while she didn't gain any weight on Mirifem, she was not able to lose any. So she went off the Mirifem and lost some weight and didn't lose much of her growth.

I was on Mirifen for about 4 months i too purchased from ebay, at first i thaught i could see a difference, but not realy now i have changed pills.
I too have put weight on in areas i do not want, and now im in limbo, loose weight loose boobs, keep weight look fat lol.
I have got mirifen cream, and i have to say that that seems to be better than the pills, i now mix it with coco butter and massage (see all massage pages).
I changed pills to WU, because i had had no results with mirifen pills, and i now have pains, my boobs are swelled and fingers xed this time pills are working.
I do belive alot of the plumpness is down to massage though so i definatly reccomed it.

I am using Mirifem, but only for 3 weeks.
Nothing so far, but really it is too early to see results anyway.

Hi there and welcome....don't think we have talked before.
Yes you are right - it's too soon to tell. I am almost done the second month and will measure then. I am not sure if I have grown or not. No pain or tingles but that is not always the case for growth.
I will keep you posted and let you know what happens after month 2 - if anything!!

Using Mirifem Full Potential Cream

I purchased 2 120ml tubes of Mirifem Full Potential Creme Bust from eBay and have been using it for 2 and a half weeks. About 2 weeks prior to starting with the cream I started using an electronic breast massager which I also purchased form eBay.
So after a month of electronic massage and a fortnight of Mirifem, my breasts are very tender to touch, and seem to be firmer. My boyfriend (who doesn't know what I am doing) has seen me apply the cream (without seeing the actual tube) and says that my breasts seem firmer after application...which is good I guess.
I am 18 years old...i'm hoping that the fact my body hasn't COMPLETELY stopped growing will aid my progress.
I have used many other pills including Luvtrack (primary ingredients: Fenugreek extract, Saw Palmetto, Fennel Seed, L-Tyrosine and Mexican Wild Yam) for 6 months with no results.
Recently I have ordered pure Pueraria Mirifica capsules (the main ingredient in Mirifem) which contain 150mg of PM per cap.

Hey ladies I was wondering if you guys put the whole cream on ur breast including the nipples! cause in the direction it doesnt tell you really anything just to apply it and i know from other pueraria brands they say to avoid that area..thanks guys!

When I'm applying the cream...I squeeze a circle around my nipple about 2cm away from it, and massage from there. If cream gets on my nipple...I kinda just shrug it off. They haven't changed colour or anything at all...if anything, they've become more sensitive ;p but that could be as a result of my NBE program. I've been using mirifem for about a month and a half and haven't noticed any negative side effects of the cream on the nipple, so I figure it's okay.
I know some brands say to avoid the nipple at all costs...I wonder what their ingredients are...

FYI New formula by the makers of Mirifem - combines PM with other herbs and spirulena. Have just started to sell it and so have no reports yet. They are going to raise the price in April too - just in case any of you want to buy now and save some money.
The full list of ingedients for the Mirifem creme are listed on my ebay listing for it.
The PM itself has a slight lightening effect on the dermis...upper layers of skin and that is why they tell you to avoid the nipple area...however, I use the straight serum and don't bother to avoid the nipple and no lightening has happened. Been doing that for over a month...I don't have any problem with that possible side effect if it did happen though.
I will be very curious to know how the new Mirifem product works, and if anyone uses it, let us all know your results...
They have combined the PM extract with other estrogenic herb in the new formula...something that is controversial - see my other posts on that topic.
The creams in general sell well so I have to think that the good ones work. I hope to have my own cream or possibly a gel this year sometime.
We are working on a gel with a delivery system for the active ingredient that is very sophisticated like the nanotechnology but different...even goes deeper into the tissue.
When it comes out it promises to be very good - the best on the market to be sure. I just hope it can be made for a reasonable price.
Will keep you all posted if/when that happens.

So you DO come on the forums! Yaaaay! I just got my St Herb products from you today, and I'm excited. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, the PM cream from St Herb smells kind of like roses! I was expecting to smell horrible!
*crosses fingers* here's hoping I'll get results from the product! Who ever it was that said they grew 3 inches, I can only hope I get that lucky..*hope hope hope!*

Great to check in and see how all are doing. I am in negotiations with raw materials PM supplier and am continuing to work on a "gel". He says it is going to be really great. The gel will penetrate much deeper than anything now available on the market. This is gonna be high tech natural breast enhancement!!! lol I will keep you guys posted.
I am very curious to hear the comments about the "topicals". I have had really good results with "serum", alone and in combination with low dose pills (st herb - 1 day)! I am 56 and past menopause. I am hearing that some of the others actually preferr the cremes to the pills.
My story is kind of weird...because I never really was trying to increase my breast size to start out. I was taking the PM capsules (rather internmittently) for post-menopausal anti-aging and to help my osteoporosis, skin, hair, nails etc.
Then one of my customer's items was mistakenly sent to me...a creme. So...I used it, sparingly, only 1 time a day and missed some days...The only constant over the several months has been the Soap. I swear by the Soap!! ;-) When you use more than one product is it hard to tell which one is causing the increase in size, firmness and the sensations of "fullness". But I have since relaxed the use of the pills (because I forget) and am just using only serum and the soap. I am still getting quite remarkable results. My adult son (35) has noticed the change. He thinks I am nuts! At my age!!! Makes getting older a bit easier when you can "perk up" your boobs.

There has been an exclusive given to someone else on ebay for the sales of the Mirifem line. This means that my store...PhytoSense Premium Herbals on ebay may not be allowed to sell Mirifem on ebay after Sunday April 22, 2007. This is something I just found out a minute ago. Really!
I have been in touch with the powers that be from Mirifem and am negotiating with them to continue to sell their products. I put up a site or list else where online eventually.
BUT until then, I want to invite any of you that use Mirifem to order directly from me, personally, starting immediately, Saturday April 21, 2007.
For now I am going on business as usual...the pills are now 24.95 and the cream 120ml size is 23.95 on ebay and I will be selling at ebay price. I will still offer my great specials and discounts on shipping and multiple item purchases .

New Mirifem Cream on the Horizon....

As you know if you use Mirifem they changed the formula...they are also planning to "improve" the cream as well. This will be available in about 3 - 4 months. The current cream is in limited supply and I personally only have about 10 tubes left in total...they are not making the current cream anymore. So if you do like this brand and what to get some it might be good to do it soon as the current stock will sell out before the new one is available most likely.
