Hey guys~
I've been looking around the forum for awhile and finally decided to make an account. I'm a 5'4" 21 year old and weigh about 110 pounds.

I used to weigh about 116 but when I started college, stress and anxiety and depression and poor eating habits made me lose about 12 pounds. My breast size was a good 36b; I still wanted to be bigger but I wasn't too concerned about it at the time. However, after the school year ended I really noticed how small my breasts were and over the past year I've pretty much been obsessed with the small size and trying to make them bigger. Even though I've gained some of the weight back, they still remain small and I'm now probably about a 34 or even 32b.

I tried taking fenugreek and flaxseed tablets with no luck, so I bought the flaxseed oil. I started using it about every other day while also consuming it. I had seen a video about the female deer massage and how doing the massage with right hand going counter-clockwise helps them get bigger, so I tried that. I've been doing the massages for about five or six weeks with no change whatsoever, and after reading that doing the massage with right hand going clockwise is the right way, I decided to do that. I do the massage every morning and night, doing 300 circular motions, going inwards, and have been doing this for about a week now. I don't really have a specific size goal yet, right now I'm just trying to actually be able to grow.

I just wanted to know if I'm doing this right, and if there are other things I can do while also using the massage method. I don't have much money to spend (I had to use an online survey site to pay for the flaxseed oil, an actual job isn't possible right now) so I can't buy breast pumps and expensive creams and such. And also, how long does this typically take before seeing results? I know it can take awhile and it's different for each person but honestly I'm about to reach my limit and almost feel like this is a lost cause.

I know that was probably a lot to read but I wanted to be thorough lol
Any advice is appreciated, thank you~
Hi, Sissy and welcome to this forum. I think massage is a good way to start, though in the long run it seems best as an addition to other efforts. I've done daily massage for a long time and I think the best benefit has been to loosen things up so the suction treatment is more effective.

I can appreciate your tight finances. I've been there, too. I would suggest ferreting a few dollars away for awhile to purchase a Kangzhu system, which can be found on Amazon and AliExpress for as little as $25-$40 or so (prices seem to vary so keep nosing around). Many users have found it works well for them and it even has quick-disconnect valves on the cups.

I'm not a pill/supplement person, so I'll leave that advice to others. From my research, I think non-supplement methods can have some of the most dramatic long range results, but it takes quite a commitment for long time (usually years). Supplements seem to show results more quickly, but can have many side complications. If you go that route, do lots of research.

Good luck and keep us posted.
I've gotten results just using binaurals on YouTube. Here's a list I made.
Update: My breasts only seem to be getting smaller so I've pretty much just given up now.
Hi, Sissy,
Since you're going the wrong direction in size, I'd ask if you've had your hormones checked recently? It's possible there are causes beyond just weight loss.

Examples would include female bodybuilders. Not thinking the monsters of today, either, even the women who were bodybuilders, back around say 1990. (As opposed to today, when there are bodybuilders, some of whom happen to be female.) Point being, many have no breasts naturally. It's implants these days.

Once you get your hormones checked, you might find more information to work with here. I'm curious if you don't have a job, or are working your way through school. Finances are a REAL problem, I know. But if you're already working, you could likely find ways to do some things cheaper, and maybe save a little. Then combine a few elements from here using what you can grow, make, or acquire cheaply online or locally... E.G., a fish tank makes a good water supply for growing plants... Volufine has key ingredients you can buy at a fraction of the cost. Etc.

Check your budget, find a way, is what I'm driving at. When you say, "I can't," you're immediately correct. ;-)

Worst case scenario, keep up with the massage, add some fat to the diet (Nuts, seeds, dairy), and you can address the other ingredients after school is done.

I've often wondered if I had a hormonal imbalance or something, so I'll have to try and get that checked soon.

I don't qualify for jobs on my college campus and since I don't have a car, I can't work anywhere else, so I'm not working at all right now.

Thank you~
Hmmm...

See if Uber or Lyft are there yet. Or, there's taxi cabs, maybe...
Got a bike? Planning (and fitness) can make that work.
Roller blades or skates, too.

Sorry, that's about all I can think of offhand. I'm guessing you're not in a city like NYC, Chicago, DC, or Boston. Nice metro systems there...
