pansyclub's massage

i dont understand the second half of her massage techniques. Why do we have to press the fingers and legs? is it some CHI regulations?

and does anyone use this and work?

I believe the places you press are Chinese pressure points.

they are really NBE pressure points. i have a manual for acupressure points for NBE and im happy to see a few of the points listed are some i recognized from my book. the book costs about 10 bucks US on ebay and the manual has about 100-200 different points. but another site sells only the ear points (5 points)for 120 bucks at acubreast.com. so im happy that i found the manual on ebay first.

anyways the best way to stimulate the poinst is to apply firm pressure and massage with 1 finger in a circular motion on the spot without lifing the finger or moving the finger across the skin. you should do it for 30 sec to 1 min.

It might seem odd to press the fingers and legs to try and increase breast size, but that's how acupressure and acupuncture work.
English explaintion of acupuncture points on pansyclub's massage page

I tried to translate it myself, but found it was really hard as it contains lots of professional terms. So I did some research and found an English website about the acupuncture points which would be easy to understand. All references are from http://www.acuxo.com/index.asp

I put them in the same order as it is in pansyclub's massage page. Also, I'll post them in separate pages in order to make it easier to read. Smile

I guess that's all, I didn't do the last three b/c I can't find the info on it, and it's sth like reflection area on feet which do not directly relate to body functions.

Note:
1 Cun: equals about 3 cm. But, cun varies as different body length, roughly 3 cm = 1 cun for adults.

With the pansyclub massages is there something you can feel at the right place like a lump or something or do you just press where it is on the picture?

Thanks

I could never find the spots, that's why I did my "all over" massages.
I read that when you find the spot, it's kinda soft and feel a bit stingy and tender, but usually half inch around the spot still has effects.

It's really weird as I just looked at the pics and pressed where I thought to press and it was tender especially the ones on the back but I didn't do it very carefully or use a mirror - maybe it's just something that your own body knows to find? I'm probably fatter than you so more squashy!

if you find it tender, I think you found the spot.
U are supposed to press down and hold 5 sec. (so the "chi" can "get into" the point, that counts one time, but 10 sec. works even better, the strength you use on fingertip is like getting stroger 1,2,3,4,5 then slowly release 5,4,3,2,1) AKA press 5 times=5 (or 10)sec. each time x 5= 25 (0r 50) sec. total, that's the correct way to do. I hope I make it clear??..

I tend to find the spots by feeling around the area a bit and somehow the spots tend to be a bit tender and sore, then I just press in until I have counted till ten, and then release it. When I do this my boobs look a bit fuller already by the next day, my problem is just consistency. Really pathetic actually as it only takes about five minutes and is so easy to do just before bed time. I am trying to stick to it more just now, combining it with hypnosis, and my boobs seem somehow wider and a bit bigger, so something is working! :-)
