NBA (magnets) users.......

I wanted to start a new tread for the ones doing the NBA (magnets). I just got my magnets yesterday and started today so I don't have anything to really post about just yet. Who else is doing NBA? How's it going?

I'd be very interested to hear if anyone has used this system exactly as described i.e. magnets + massage 5x daily + tincture for 3 months.....I think it's more the tincture, the massage action and the regularity of the massages (continuing booby attention to keep the warm and active).

Hi all! I barely ever post here but have really appreciated all of the knowledge and encouragement you have all have to share! I've been on the NBA system for a month so far, but I am not convinced that I'm having any progress yet. According to the NBA system site, a conservative estimate of how much you are supposed to gain per month is 1 inch. Now, I never quite bought that, or even necessarily the system as a whole, but I decided to give it a go because it was ubercheap at the time, and I could do it without introducing any herbs into my body (I'm not doing the tincture, and according to the site the herbs are really only supplementary and a way to speed your progress). I had been on Wonderup for 4 months prior, which I know is not enough time to give it a fair shot, but it just was not agreeing with me. I was exhausted, my face broke out, and, worst of all, it just made me feel generally ill to the point where I was eating only out of necessity-- I lost 8 lbs on wonderup (and I'm slim to begin with), which is obviously NOT a good state to be in if you are trying to grow!

So anyway, I had sort of given up on measuring myself towards the end of Wonderup, so my base measurement for NBA was taken the day I started, which was right after my period. A month later, I am 1.5 inches larger, but at this point I don't think that is much different from just my normal up and down cycle. I haven't had my period yet this month (mine tend to be more than a month apart), so maybe my next post-ovulation measurment will be more illuminating as to whether I've grown.

In many ways the system just seems too easy (if you have the schedule to accomodate the massages and every 3 hour magnet applications, which I do being a grad student) to be credible (not to mention that it is supposedly no-fail/one-size-fits-all, which just seems dubious), but I am willing to wait it out! I will update you all in the coming months!

well magnet therapy is definately working for me. I am not doing NBA method though, no tenctures or what not. I am only using positive polarities. I am too lazy to do the 5 times a day NBA method.

i am pleased to say that the whole shape has changed and now they are filling out nicely. They look like teenage boobs now! At first I got a surprising "lift" and the center cleavage line is well defined and looking great. This was a surprise. I thought we had to do the reduction technique to get the lift. Only grew in the inner half of boobs at first. Now I am growing some on bottom and tops. Really wanting to fill out the outer boobage. My updated pics should post soon but you can see a difference in definition and height with last month's pics. I think they are a little bit even higher this month. I only take pics on cycle day 5 and in the same place/time of day so they will be accurate of true growth, not just cycle swelling. Also not really massaging. just doing a few grabs and squeezes before/after each session. Did I mention I am lazy!

Kieyah - you say you're not using the magnets according to NBA (I have the ebook), what are you doing with them? Do you just leave them in your bra? How long for?

yeah, pretty much. i started only wearing them at night which I think is why I got the "boob lift". but now I am trying to use them during the day instead. I place positive polarities over both nipples and just leave them there all night in a sports bra. i put the sports bra on before going to bed and wore it the whole time I slept. Now that I am trying to do day time I do the same thing but with a regular bra. I made a slit in the inner lining of a seamless molded bra so I can place one magent on the inside of lining and one next to skin so they stick to the inside of the bra and stay in place and I just leave them in my bra. and wear it all during the day. It doesn't show through the bra since it is molded cup and it doesn't attrach to other metals unless the cup part comes in contact with something. So I'm not walking around with metal objects attaching to my chest like I was worried about! I am still worried about it messing up my computer or other electronics but so far nothing has happened. I only use the positive polarities on both breasts. I haven't tried any of the other techniques and I don't plan to now since I already got the lift and toning that I needed. I can see how the tincture would help, but I am too lazy and don't want to go out and find all that stuff and deal with the mess and smell. I'd rather choke down pills.

Obviously each magnet has a positive and negative - do you mean you have the positive on the skin and the negative pointing away? Would it have to be the NBA magnets? Covering them up isn't a problem for me as I wear a burkha outside!

Just found this...I guess you'd have to be really close to the computer to damage it:

Important Health & Safety Information

Users of heart pace makers should avoid being near magnets. If a neodymium magnet is placed within 30mm of a heart pacemaker - it will stop working!
Manufacturers of products that incorporate these magnets should seriously consider how they communicate this hazard to their customers.

Modern Permanent Magnets can attract steel objects or other magnets from large distances and cause trapping injuries. Place non ferrous (wood / polystyrene / plastic / aluminium) parts between magnets and any steel or other magnet to prevent this hazard.

Strong magnets, especially neodymium magnets should not be given to children.

Many Magnets are brittle and may shatter if they are allowed to 'jump' together or they jump onto a steel surface. Always wear eye protection if this is likely to happen.

Strong Magnets may affect or interfere with sensitive electronic instruments. Always keep magnets at least 100mm from such devices.

Magnets can destroy information stored on magnetic media such as credit cards, floppy discs and computer hard drives. Keep them at least 50mm away.

Analogue watches, televisions and computer monitors can be permanently damaged by placing magnets near them.

Do not use magnets in explosive atmospheres.

Still fixating on magnets...Kieyah, I've found a UK site that sells all different magnets, do you have the size, and Gauss strength of the magnets you have? What are they made of? The ones I'm looking at are neodymium on this site:

http://www.emagnetsuk.com/magnet-therapy-30-c.asp

You're right in saying teenager breast - your first few pics look fairly similar but the last one is really fresh and lifted - think I can manage £5 to give it a go.

Thanks! I can't wait to compare the new pics to last weeks. That is really good to know, thanks for that info, Louise. Yes, i place positive against the skin, negative facing out. you don't need to buy the ebook to order the magnets. Mine were .90 cents each plus shipping. and you will need to mark them in some way as to which side is positive and which is negative. I found simply scratching the letter N on the negative side works great if you get the nickle plated. then I know that side needs to point away from my body. I use 4, ebook says you need 6 (stack 2 for each nipple and 2 for CVS). I don't do the CVS. Anyway they are cheap, but break easily if they slap together so you may want to buy extras if you can find them cheap enough. I found that by leaving them in my bra they are less likly to slap together and break. When i use the sports bra I have to be more careful when taking it off. This is the kind I have: http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DA2
I don't know if they ship international. But you should be able to buy them anywhere. just try to get this kind. hope that helps!

Hi Kieyah,

Congrats on results - you can tell on the photos.

How far to the magnets stick out - are they hard to secure?

Have you seen a size increase apart from the lift.

Hope to hear from you

Hi Keiyah, one last question!....ok it turned into quite a few - sorry!

The magnets you are using - the site does ship international and they do seem very strong but is that the site recommended by the NBE ebook? Do the magnets actually need to touch the bare skin, I would think that the nickel may give some people a rash. Would having the magnets within roughly 0.5-1cm be close enough? What is the CVS technique you mention? - Is it all in the ebook, I didn't find it very clear but then I kinda gave up after it mentionaed so much massaging. Are you wearing them in the day now? Do you think this is safe for old people around you (as in won't give them a heart attack or something!) as long as they remain a few inches away? I'm an optometrist so I have to lean quite close to a lot of elderly patients and don't want to kill anyone!

Hi louise i was lookin at the site recommended by the nba book for magnets and i found they do 8 magnets wrapped in plastic for about £12 including postage to the uk i have actually ordered them to try after i give the GP a good go, but my question to NBA magnet users is in what and where do you store these powerful magnets?

Also how far away do u need to stand away from children etc as i have a small child and dont want to harm him either when im wearing them or whilst they are in strorage, any suggestions?

As for all the things you need to be away from, tv, credit card computer etc seems like the only safe place to wear them is in the Bathroom!!!

I've read about magnets elsewhere and as long as you're a few inches away from the electrical stuff it won't mess it up.

Fullness - I've looked at the magnet link recommended in the ebook, the ones Keiyah is using seem to be strongest and as most of the cost is the shipping I thought I'd go for the 25 bag in case I break them a few times.

Keiyah - Any advice on storage?

Anyone - How do you attach the CVS magnets? Either side of a polo neck?

Hi louise, you put the magnets either side of the poloneck they will then stick togeter with the poloneck between them thus staying in place if they're too heavy for the poloneck, i guess u could just stick it on ya neck with a plaster?!

Hello, Linz & Louise! the magnets are just under 1/4" thick and you stack two so 3/8 inch thickness when stacked. yes the ebook lists k&j magnetics for the round magnets for use on the nipples. for the tape it lists another site. the first few weeks it was only the lift, then I mistakingly used the wrong polarity for a period of I think about a week and actually lost a bit of fullness about a half inch, after that I realized and used correct polarities and yes i did notice growth. gained all of that back plus extra quarter inch on the upper bust just above the nipple area and the bottom half too but I can't measure that. it did take several weeks for the growth but like I said I had used the reduction side of the magnets by mistake for a while. so it may not take as long under normal circumstances. I was not taking herbs routinly all during this time with the magnets. I am now taking them daily though. so any more growth from here on out I will not be able to tell with certainty if it comes from magnets or herbs or both.

I think they have other kinds besides the nickel plated ones i bought. It does not have to touch the bare skin. I know this because after I got the super itchy nipples (must be nickel allergy) I started using a sports bra inside the other to make a barier for my skin. And I still grew. When I put them in my regular bra I use a small piece of mesh cloth and wrap it around the ones that are going to touch my skin and that has worked so far and I still got about half inch growth so far.

yes the cvs is mentioned in the ebook. it is the technique where two magnets are stacked and placed on back of the neck. it makes it sound like you must do it everytime you use the magnets. I can't figure out what they are needed for. I guess they feel that you need a negative polarity somewhere to balance out all the positive polarity on the breasts. I don't do it. I also don't really massage so don't think that is an absolute necessity either if you don't have the time. I do give them a few squeezes mainly because they get sore. I am going to college full-time so i don't think wearing them during the day is a problem for me. But I don't think it'd be a good idea if you live or work around elderly or people who might potentially have heart problems or even around medical equipment. not worth the potential risk!

I store my extras in my closet. just try to keep them away from anything metal or electronic. and keep them away from heat. I think just leaving them wrapped in the bubble wrap and box they come in would be fine. Then I have a set in my usual bra that I wear during the day and leave them in there. I keep these in a drawer in my night stand so they are away from anything metal. and I decided to continue wearing a set at night in my sports bra but on the outter half (to encourage growth to the outer sides) and I leave these in there too and only take them out to wash the bras. I find most breakage occurs when i am trying to remove them from the bra. so I usually just leave them there. It is really easy to apply just put one magent on one side of the shirt, sportsbra or whatever you are wearing and the other one on the other side. their attraction to each other will hold them firmly in place with the fabric between them. or if you have a scarf you could use that.

Re: NBA (magnets) users.......

what I did in the beginning was only wear at night positive polarities with a sports bra. I suppose you could expect the same results I had when i did that. I grew only in center half of breasts (cleavage area) and top plus a nice lift. I think the fact that I was lying on my back which tends to flatten breasts and they shift upwards is what gave me the lift and upper growth since this is where most of my breast tissue was while wearing the magnets. and then when I would roll over on my sides while sleeping this may have caused the inner (clevage) growth, since my boobs were smooshed together. you should be able to immitate the same thing during the day if you have the time, and that way you can control the position used.

I am curious if we can just place the magnets where we want to grow instead of over the nipples. like one inch above the nipples if we want to grow the tops; sides of breasts to grow the outsides. but so far this has not worked for me.

Both sides attract to metal objects. You have to use the technique from the book to find and mark the right polarities. (when two are attached to a thread the side that points north is positive). I only wear them over the nipples during the day. then occationally when i wear them at night I wear them off to the outter sides. I can't wear in both places at the same time because they will slap together and can pinch me, ouch! When I first started, I was wearing only at night and placed over nipples. The bra I use during the day is a molded cup bra. so it has some thin foam material in the cup. this hides the magnets so they aren't poking out through my bra and I feel more secure that they won't attract to metal objects around me.

They have to be the right kind of magnets, these are really powerful. Not sure what kind you have there, but these are not like refrigerator magnets. if you can do the polarity test mentioned above and it works with them then I suppose it'd be worth a try to see if they work. maybe try stacking several.

According to NBA method the only area you can place the magnets for growth is over the nipples. but it also says other places with the opposite polarity will reduce size. so it doesn't make since to me why the reverse wouldn't work for growth. you might want to contact the ebook author and see if there are other sights recommended for breast health. or try the points used in massage. I don't know a lot about this. I am just experiementing here myself. I still don't even understand why this works.

I was under the impression that i have to put them on the sides too.So 1 magnet over each nipple? And for how many hours should that be?Wasn't there a time were you put it on the sides too when they got fuller and with more cleavage? So why should one use 6 maggnets if we only need 2?

you need at least 4, you stack two together for each nipple (2 each nipple = 4). then if you do the cvs you need a stack of two more for that, so you'd need 6 if you want to do cvs.

I think I saw some other posts (I might not remember it correctly) saying that you need to put it on for a few session a day. If you are going to wear it during day time, for how long will you wear it? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Don't think they're as dangerous as we think (although they are unbelievably strong!) - one of the reduction techniques involves wearing them the other way round for 6 hours in the morning and 6 hours in the afternoon.

This is the bit about finding the poles:

Discerning and Labeling the Poles

It is very easy to tell which pole is which. Just take a stack of magnets, tie a thread around the middle of them, and suspend them in mid-air, away from any metal or magnets that may attract them. Allow the magnets to turn on the string and wait for the string to come to a complete stop. If the magnets are strong and your stack is balanced, the magnets will react to the Earth's magnetic field and will line up, with one pole facing North and one pole facing South. The side of the magnets facing North is the south polarity of the magnets and the side that is facing South is the north polarity. When you finally get your magnets for use with the NBA system, make sure you take the 6 magnets and stack them one on top of another so that they form a stacked cylinder, then suspend them as explained above and determine which side is pointing North and which side is pointing South. The side of the magnets pointing North is the positive south polarity of the magnet. Get some red nail polish and paint that side red. Then get some green nail polish and paint the opposite side green. Do this for each of the six magnets. Once the paint has dried, you can use these magnets safely, knowing that they are correctly labeled negative north (green) and positive south (red.)

I meant in terms of if you sit next to someone on the bus will they drop dead - and I think the answer is no! The negative north energy is for calming and that's what's being directed outwards, the positive south energy is what you use on yourself and having researched it quite a bit at work today it seems the people who sell magnet therapies think the south pole cures all ills and anyone who isn't selling magnets think neither pole has any effect on anything. I hadn't thought of it like this but technicians working with magnets in labs are exposed to much higher fields all day every day to no effect so you may grow boobs or nothing may happen but don't think it's dangerous. I wore mine all day today and my boobs did feel very active and measured the biggest yet at the end of the evening.

Yep, put them on at about 8.15am and took them off at about 6.40pm. But when I say bigger I mean I maintained more from the Brava swelling not that I grew half an inch in one day! Apparently the positive south field is supposed to discourage the resolution of swelling so it may have nothing to do with true growth.

Thanks, Louise. From what I understand about using magnets growth wouldn't be that fast, no. Smile

I'm getting along okay with the Noogleberry. My pump broke so I couldn't pump for a week, but I just got my new pump and started up again. I have expansion below the nipple mostly. I lost some of what I'd gained during my week off, but hopefully will be back up soon. I probably gained 1/4 cup size or so in 2 months, but I had such variance it's hard to say. I haven't measured for a while, so I realise this might not be very helpful to most people.

Curious Sheep - yes the side that faces north is the postive polarity (the growth side). that is the side that I use that will be touching the skin, the other side faces away. This is not the ebook method, this is just how i use them. The ebook has you switching polarities back and forth. The magnets you have sound like they'd be strong enough. are they about the same size as the D2?

reduction tape: http://www.magnetlabs.com/shop/index.php...990184a9a7
I have not used this but am very interested in possibly using it for fat reduction on lower body,k tummy, etc. Would be interested to know anyone's results with using it for either way.

PH - yes I was wearing them all night long, put them on before going to bed and took them off when i woke up. I don't wear at night anymore since it seems to be making only the inner half (cleavage) grow and I need the outer halves to grow. Now I wear all day long positive polarities for as long as I wear my bra (most of the day, don't use most weekends). this is not the method mentioned in the ebook. I don't know why it wouldn't be safe. I know there are many bras on the market that are made with magnets either built in or produce magnetic fields that are to be worn all day long for breast growth. but I don't know anything about magnet safety myself, and just because these product are out there doesn't make them safe. Up to us to listen to our bodies. so far no problems for me.

Re: NBA (magnets) users.......

Keiyah - thanks for getting back to me. I thought you didn't see the post I left, so I was using the otherside of the magnet as someone else mentioned, and noticed that my boobs seemed to have shrunk, so I stopped using them altogether. That and I felt funny when wearing them, like really really "off". I will try the way you suggest and see if that makes a difference. I had done alot of research on magnetic therapy online, and had formulated my one "program" if you will, to where I was wearing them for a few hours in the morning, with massage before and after (just to get and keep the blood flowing). So it was for about 6hours. But like I said after about 2 days of this, I noticed they had shrunk about a inch total, but when you are small that inch makes a difference.

So I will try the program again and see if my reversing the sides it will make a difference. The massage I used is similar to I guess the GY massage, or what they have posted about on the massage page.

I too was thinking that magnets can't be that bad, if they have mattress pads and pillow covers as well as some other things that are magnetized (sp?). So the few hours I wear them shouldn't harm me unless I use the wrong side......

Oh one more thing, the magnets I use are roughly the same size. They are however very strong, I can barely pull them apart when they are together, and they snap to everything. I know the other magnets aren't that expensive, but I just don't have the money right now for them.

I would suggest if noone wants to buy the e-book, then read up on tons of articles on the web, there really is a whole lot of information.

wannaBbig - here is what I did to wear them in a bra. I used a molded cup bra because it has some foam in it to help hide the contour of the magnets so they don't show through. and I cut a small slit on the side of the inner lining. this made a place that I could slide a magnet inside. So I put one magnet where my nipple would touch it in the bra (positive to touch skin/neg out), and the other to stack with that one inside the inner lining. that way the inner lining fabric holds the magnets in place. I can easily reposition them too so they are in the right place. I bought the nickel plated magnets and seem to be getting allergy to it, so I put a small piece of mesh fabric around the magnet that will touch my skin so that I don't get any reaction. The bra shouldn't be too loose fitting or the magnets won't be held up against the skin and stay in place against the nipples.

Curious Sheep - yeah I accidentally used the wrong side too for a while, but don't worry they did come back and started growing again after I turned them around and used the correct side. That's another reason I just leave them in my bra. The first few times I used the magnets I noticed a weird warm feeling in my chest, felt kind of short of breath. I did some research and found the cause. it is because the magnets improve circulation and this can cause some people to have weird feelings when they are first getting used to them. usually a feeling of warmth. yep sounds like they are similar strength. I can barely pull these apart either. it is easier to do if there is fabric between them. Those should be fine.

Hi keiyah - yes that is similar to the feelings I had, except I also felt some strange tingling in my arms and fingers, and was very light headed. I also got it today while using the correct side - so that must be it. Will give it a few days of the correct side and see if they return, if they shrink again, then I think I will call the magnets off altogether.

wannaBbig - I use medical tape sometimes and tape them onto my chest, or I wear a tight fitting tank and place one magnet on my skin and the other on the outerside of the shirt (since its thin) then wear a big sweatshirt.

another idea for positioning
December 9 2007, 11:13 AM

I've used some cloth breastpads (you know the round inserts for breastfeeding mums) and put one magnet on either side. It means I can pop them into whatever bra or singlet top I have on. Just another idea.

I can't wait to start magnets! I do need to read up on everything a bit more before that tho.

So is anyone using just magnets? Or do most of you combine some other NBE methods as well? I'd rather add at least one other method, but haven't decided which yet. Probably herbs, but since it's winter and I personally think Wahaika's season theory is plausible, I dunno. But I'll probably add herbs anyway.

Heloise - that is an awesome idea! I will have to try that. do they stay in place or do you have to reposition them every now and then?

Moon - I am also using herbs. I do think it would work all by itself though, just maybe slower. Massage would be good with it too. I'm just too lazy. even if that theory holds true for most people, I would still take herbs in winter at least a low dose if only to prevent any loss.

hmmm, maybe that increased bloodflow is the whole reason why this works. maybe the magnets help draw the nurtients and blood more into the breast area and help feed the growth. It is really very interesting, though still beyond my comprehension.

breastpads
December 10 2007, 10:01 AM

Hi Kieyah,

Occasionally I've had to adjust the magnets - depends on what type of bra I'm wearing. If it's fairly firm, stretchy bra material the breastpads stay in place. I think cutting into the fabric of a bra is probably better in terms of keeping them in place - but i found it so fiddly removing and replacing them between bras that for me it was easier to use the breastpads. I also got gold plated magnets - bit more expensive - but so i could wear them directly on my skin - and therefore bought a small supply.
Cheers

p.s. another thing you could attach the magnets to would be the bra cups you get in the haberdashery department for making your own underwear, or even just putting it in a hanky? I might do this so I don't have to take them off the bra to wash it.

You can purchase magnets from Lee Valley (http://www.leevalley.com/home.aspx?c=1) if you live in Canada. It's a hardware type store so I guess hardware stores sell magnets and maybe fabric stores. I had a hard time finding some, thought I'd share.

Hi, this is my first post here. My stats are:

42 years old
5'7" 130 lbs
Wear a 34 Nearly A, but don't fill it up, so must be a 34AAA?
Nursed my two babies...so hence a flat 34AAA

Would love to at least fill up my 34Nearly A bra with nice little round breasts instead of flat, droopy ones. A full 34A would be incredible ... and a 34 B just to die for!

I have been reading the forum for a few months. Right now I am just lifting weights and doing a few minutes of massage. I was going to start taking some herbs, one at a time, and started with Fennel, but thought it might be bothering me, so I stopped. From the online tests, looks like I might be estrogen dominant, but can't get an expensive hormone test done right now. I'm thinking about trying the magnet therapy. The ones that some of you are using are 3040 gauss in strength. There is a magnet therapy mask (for migraines) on clearance at a local drugstore that has 1000 gauss neodymium magnets in it...has 8 of them sewn into it, but I could take them out. So, that is about 1/3 the strength of the ones mentioned here...does the ebook say that the 3040 gauss is needed? I read that for magnet therapy in general, (for varying health issues, not necessarily breast enhancement) that 1000 to 2500 strength at least is recommended...so I was wondering about trying these. Thanks in advance for any information any of you might can give me. Smile

Hi Mango,

I personally am a bit dubious about the DA2 magnet strength as when I asked a UK company about therapy magnets and custom made DA2 copies they said it wasn't possible to produce a magnet to that specification being so small and so strong. I still bought the DA2 as that was the exact brand Kieyah has had success with and I was going to buy something so I thought even if they're not entirely truthful at least someone is recommending them. See how you go with the magnet mask, I think if anything's going to happen it should be fairly fast. I'm going to have a go using some spare DA2s instead of the tape for thigh reduction (bit biased because I work out every night but if they suddenly shape up in a week I won't complain!).

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Generally, has anyone thought it a bit odd that the NBA book says the boob magnets are dangerous to other people (although according to the manufacturer their magnetic field only extends about 8 inches) but it's ok to wear the CVS magnets all day. Surely the CVS magnets are more dangerous to other people as you have the positive facing outwards?

My stacked DA2s do just about attract each other through my palm. I read on one of the websites that says magnet therapy is a rip-off that physics researchers in labs are exposed to huge magnetic forces all day every day without any positive or negative effect so I wouldn't worry too much - it may well be just a placebo effect that causes us to think growth. In which case it would be working more like hypnosis which has been shown to work in some cases. Quite a few girls feel that something psychologica stunted their growth so don't see why it couldn't work both ways.

Hi Louise,

I'm going to build up slowly since I am seem to be so sensitive to everything. Wore it two hours yesterday and three today. It also has an insert that can be heated for applying heat, so I'll do that also sometimes. If I don't see any positive results, then I won't know whether it's just not strong enough or what, so then I'll just have to get some stronger ones anyway. With this I have a total of 8000 gauss but it is spread out instead of concentrated in one spot. I'm just putting it on the right side since that side is a good bit smaller than the left. If it catches up then I'll know it did some good.

Do you use any certain program for working out? I use the Buns of Steel series for upper and lower body...just the toning exercise parts and it seems to work quite well. Those upper thighs are the hardest part though for me!

Louise, I don't think it is just placebo affect because that time I had mine turned the wrong way, I didn't know it but i did notice the sudden shrinkage and then I thought to check and found I had put them back in my bra the wrong way.

Mango84, where did you find the magnet mask for migraines? I could use one of those. It sounds like those are no were near the strength of the neodymium magnets that we are using but if you already have them i would give it a try.

The side that points south is the negative north pole - dot this side with nail varnish like a nipple (then you know the nipple is the negative north). They should be worn nipple side outwards for growth.

I think I think too much!!!
December 15 2007, 12:38 AM

I am curious how much growth is attributed to massage? I mean if you guys are saying its suggested doing this a few times throughout the day..........is it much different then GY? I really am toying with this method, as I seem to be having a bad month with my iron, which is odd since I haven't changed anything...........

I feel as though since its not taking anything or doing anything internal, it shouldn't really cause too many problems ~ and then there is always the healing side of the magnet, shouldn't that help something?

I am also worried about the whole, be careful around other people. As a mom, this leaves me but a few 'blissful' hours in the morning before my kids get up, and thats it, so really I would wear them for about 2 hours tops, and then that would be it for the day? Is that too long at a single stretch, not enough........................and then I do wonder how much is mental - I am not doubting you Keiyah, but still unsure if it could be from them or something you might be doing/eating/listening too/etc, etc, etc.....

*sigh* I think I need a hiatus from the board. Seems like when I am on more, I tend to become discouraged again, and when I just pop up periodically I don't seem to have a problem with self acceptance...............

Linz, yes I use the positive side (the one that points north) against my skin, and the negative side faces out away from my body. you're getting reduction? are you sure it isn't due to a nice lift? did you do the test to see which end points north and are you sure it was pointing the right way? make sure there are not electrical MOT. near that might interfere. If your using some other magnets that were already marked they are most likely backwards. you see according to the ebook there are two different types of marking magnetic polarities: biomagnetic and scientific. biomagnetic is opposite of scientific.

Sunday will be my next cycle day 5 and I'll measure and take new pic then. I really don't expect any growth this time though. I have only started back on my herbs regularly again and then went down hill again. I'm not real good at taking my herbs regularly lately, especially around pms time.

Mango, thank you I will look for it. yeah i get migraines too. I wonder if I could just use the extras that I have of these magnets and put them on a band of elastic or something. where are the magnets positioned in the mask? like for example are they over the eyes or across the forehead?

momXseven, that's a cool idea. but looks like it is for pain relief so we'd need to turn them around the other side for growth. I wonder how strong they are

Thanks, mango! I will try that with the magnets I have. if it works I might have to find one of those masks. If you want to try it for boob growth you would want to turn it around the opposite side that would be used for headache. one side would be for reduction/healing the other for increase/growing. according to the ebook you have to place them over your nipples. though they say that for reduction it can go anywhere you want to reduce so who knows maybe it could work the other way.

You probably want to store them how they arrive - with little plastic spacers between and I store mine in the spare bedroom so it's not near any of us hile we sleep. Mine have snapped together, attached to things at work, pulled off my clothes to stick to the radiator etc etc and so far none have broken. While trying to attach them to a pair of trousers for saddlebag reduction I managed to squeeze some of my fat in between them - OUCH! (Was dificult to get it free too!)

I store my spare magents in my closet. they do not break easily if you handle them carefully. I managed to break a few of them so far but that was when I was first starting and was not aware of how they could break. they have a strong pull to each other and other metal objects. So just be very careful that they do not slap together. always keep a firm hold on them when handling them. also make sure you have a spacer or some fabric between them or they will be difficult to pull apart. I no longer wear mine at night. when I wear during the day I have been using a seamless contoured bra since it has some foam lining in it. and have not had any problems with it catching on anything unless I manage to press something metal right up against it really heard (like if I'm leaning against a metal desk).

henri- I don't find that so weird. during the time that I had them turned around the wrong way (negative/reduction) I actually saw much faster results (shrinkage) than I did when they were correct on positive side. but for the same reason i would not keep the negative side on for any longer than is recommended, so as to prevent any shrinkage. I have not used them that way though so maybe it is just achiness from the end of the day. I know I tend to notice the aches more in the evenings when I am starting to unwind and relax. probably because there aren't many distractions. I actually get much stronger aches when I have forgotten my herbs for a few days even though I only take very low dose anyway. Weird. I don't think I could have been stalled on a lowly 500mg! but it happens every time. maybe you are on to something with that idea of the "healing" aches.

At first I did not measure any increase i did however have a dramatic lift and very noticible tone and growth in the inner halves of the breasts (cleavage). But at that time I was only wearing them at night. so I don't think they can grow outwards, only upwards and closer together if wearing at night. I had them on the wrong way for about a week I think, not sure exactly since it was an accident! I lost about half inch to an inch during this time. within several weeks of wearing them the right way (and during the day) I had already regained that loss plus some and began noticing aches in the upper portion which is where I am growing now. I did have some aches in the outter portions but I still don't seem to be growing there.

Are you doing the energizing and the inertial treatment as well?

I do the energizing firt thing in the morning and then I leave the magnets on all day. I also do the CVS, but have not done the inertial treatment. Seems like if reversing it causes them to shrink, you wouldn't want to do that. But the book does seem pretty clear that it's important to do that. I have only been doing it for 5 days now, and am starting to feel aches in my boobs. Hope that's a good sign. Not seeing any difference though.

hula girl- I am not using the nba method correctly (I'm a bad girl!) I have only ever used the postive polarity side (except of course for that week when I used wrong side). never tried any other methods. I started out wearing all night in a sports bra while sleeping (the whole night). now wear all day in a contoured bra. Lately I haven't been wearing at all but I plan to re-commit myself to doing this right. but I've noticed even when I forget for a few days I still have the aches and still had growth this last month. so maybe nba is onto something about needing to do the "shut down" at night to give it a rest. maybe if we do let them rest they will respond better and faster. I will experiment this month with doing the shut down before bed and see if that makes any difference. I will only do for a couple min though, not very long because i don't want to risk the shrinkage. We'll see what happens this month.

moon- when I did the magnets at night, yes I wore them in a sports bra. two actually since I seem to be allergic to the nickel plating, one was to attach the magnets too and another one inside of that. this provided a layer of protection against my skin. now that I use during the day (when i remember) no I don't wear any bra a night anymore.

henri- I bet you got lift or a firmed/toned look or it might be nipple fullness. that is another thing i notice right before the growth sets in my nipples seem fuller/puffy (otherwise they look kind of sunk in and empty normally). try comparing pics and see if there is a difference anywhere, maybe you do have some growth on top or somewhere that isn't measurable with a tape. don't forget to take side views. I know for me if I grow anywhere other than around the nipples, the tape doesn't tell me I grew but my pics usually do.

Hey Moon, thanks for the update, actually! I do use knuckles and try to dig in as much as possible and then revert to regular chi massage for the last about 50 rotations. I have also tried to do the massages that supposedly release the toxins from the breasts... now that I'm on break from school, I have more time to investigate and to work on growth.

The magnets do seem to be working though... when I measured on the fifth day of my cycle, my boobs measured in at 31.5", which was what I was averaging while on pills when I was measuring a few days before my period (to try to convince myself that NBE was working). Wahoo!

Also as a side note, magnets are amazing. I had this very stiff keloid scar on my earlobe from my piercing becoming infected over and over again. I had taken my earrings out permanently in August. When I got my magnets a few days ago, I applied the N side to the scar, and after a few days, it was noticeably softer!

Hi, Kieyeh

I started using magnets 2 days ago. I adopted your method by putting 2 in a stack in my bra (2 for each breast) and wore the bra for the whole night. I felt so itchy over my nipples in the middle of the night last night and I felt something strange over my breasts. It felt sore and a bit pain on the inner ribs of my left breast. I don't know if this is normal. Does it mean that I am starting to feel the effect? But only for 2 days? Or the bra I used (with underwire) that gave me the pain? Have you ever felt this? Shall I continue? Am I overworried? Sorry for so many questions but I've tried herbs for over 7 months now with very little increase (1/2 inch) and am so desperate to try something else. PH - yes i got that itchiness over the nipples too in the beginning. it is from the nickel plating. I now use two sports bras if wearing at night (one to hold the magnets on and one as a barrier for my skin). and I never get that anymore. now that I wear during the day I have the magnets placed in my bra and take a small peice of sheer fabric and wrap around the magnets that are against my skin before placing them in the bra. this has worked for me.

On the pain, I'm not too sure where you mean by "inner ribs". is it the inner half of the breasts? if so, then yes this is the first place I grew and it was quite sore at times. if you mean below the breasts could be the underwire.

These are the magnets that Keiyah had success with, they're really cheap and they send internationally pretty fast:

http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DA2

Keiyah recommended buying quite a few as they break easily (I ordered the bag of 25 as it's the postage you pay most for if you're in Europe). A few of mine have banged together or stuck on to metal things in the house but none have broken so far.

Here's the specification for anyone who's interested:

DA2

Dimensions: 5/8" dia. x 1/8" thick
Tolerances: ±0.002" x ±0.002"
Material: NdFeB, Grade N42
Plating/Coating: Ni-Cu-Ni (Nickel)
Magnetization Direction: Axial (Poles on Flat Ends)
Weight: 0.166 oz. (4.71 g)
Pull Force: 26.87 lbs
Surface Field: 3040 Gauss
Brmax: 13,200 Gauss
BHmax: 42 MGOe

The DA2 discs are very strong and handy neodymium magnets. They are too strong to be considered toys, but they are very handy if you need a 5/8" diameter disc. Nice size for holding heavier objects and magnetic therapy.

I received my magnets today!

Okay so at first, I was scared to use them! They would snap together and then I couldn't tear them apart, they seemed uncontrolable to me! But then I did get a hang on them quite fast. I did the polarity test and now I'm already wearing them.

I wanted to find a way to wear them without a bra and I tried to attach them with my undershirt between them, but they wouldn't stay in place. Here's what I did in the end - I taped one to my nipple with the medicine tape (the kind that's used to imobilize injuries) and then just placed the other one over. They stay in place and they're unnoticable even without a bra. If I get the nickel alergy I'll just stick a piece of the tape over them.

I can recomend to everyone in Europe the place I bought them from:
http://www.supermagnete.de/eng/magnets.php?group=discs
They're cheap, but the shipping and handling may come quite expensive (depending where you are), but certainly less than ordering from US.
I snapped mine together and to metal objects many times and none of them broke or crumbled so far.

Hi Moon,

Just in case you get a rash it may be the tape - I swear I'm allergic to it! Tried taping my nipples for Brava and where I put tape came up in itchy red pimples.

Thanks Louise, I know I'm not alergic to the medicine tape. But I learnt that if more than two magnets end up togather with a layer of the tape between them, it's impossible to tear them apart cause of friction. I have two magnets stuck together forever. :/

Thanks Kieya, hmm I wore the magnets all day yesterday and during the night and had no pains. :/ But I wasn't on herbs and massage, started it today tho so I hope things pick up soon.

I'm trying to get you all to stop playing with fire here, those of you who are doing this blind are going to screw something up in your bodies. I'm following the magnet protocols - barely. I've adapted what Kelly has written to fit my lifestyle and it seems to be working. I've tried everything and only grew an inch after 2 years of this.

I think if Kelly and Wahaika got together they'd probably find a cure for small boobs.

Any results?

After reading the site, it sounds too good to be true (we hope that it is..)with it working on any type of woman, and being able to be in charge of your results. Apparently there's a new improved system which sounds great. It's really cheap right now too. Waste of time, or worth a try?

I bought it too...and its 171 pages...and very confusing, if you ask me. It wants you to do stuff at like 12...3...6...9! Some of us cant do that, lol. I emailed and asked if there was a way to cut it down, and the guy said yeah. So you'd have to email him once you get your book, and ask what the shortcut is. Also, the whole magnet...and herb thing confused me too. Do we eat the herbs, or is it a 'boobie batter' type? Kinda confused.

Is it the ebook you pay for then? If you want to email it to me I could copy and paste into notepad so you can open it but obviously then I've read it and you've paid. Do you just have to put magnets in your normal bra? Is it something I could wear at work in addition to Brava at home?

hey louise,

i got an email from the nba website explaining the basics of what it is. I can forward it to you if you want.

I think it's basically, you wetting your boobs with some tinture (you find and mix up yourself)...and then putting the magnets on top in a certain way. (twice a day) I could be wrong...you know since they want you to buy their ebook...they didnt clearly put it out in the free email.

Yes I paid for the ebook. You can down load it your self at http://www.nbasystem.com/html/order.html but than you need the password to open the file (witch I have). I can email you the password if you will email me back the open file (it says it's 167 pages). The site wasn't real clear on how you use the magnets but I thought it was worth the $12.00, LOL. You can email me at jf13@mac.com and I'll email you back the password.

Yes I'll let you know what I think of the ebook. Yes I'm sure the price isn't going to go up. BTW I'm 5'2" but about 135 pound and I would share a few of those pounds with you if I could, LOL. I was 98 pounds at 23, than had my 1st child at 24 and when up to 115 after his birth, than fast forward 6 more kids, just a few months after having #7 at 30 I weighted 125 pounds. But than I when on meds for my fibromyalgia pain and ballooned up to 170 (maybe more) in 6 months and it's taken me a year to get down to 135 (I didn't try to loss the weight until June 2006). Now at 33 my metabolism is no where near what it was when I was in my teens or 20's.

My friend read it, she said it sounds scary about how u can change your DNA. I havent read it thoroughly yet, but skimmed it.

what do u think? i think i may still order the magnets and give NBA a try.
The herbal tinture NBA suggests seems to be a hassle to make. I just got the wonderup...thinking about taking the WU pills and creams, and the magnets for NBA. Too much?

buttercup, I haven't read over it fully. nba system
August 1 2007, 1:13 AM

O.K. I downloaded the book and read it. Here's my understanding of it all. First of all it's 5 x's a day! The good news is that there is 5 min of massage or less if you can't do that long, then there is 3 min. of the magnets and the massage again. That's not too long, but 5 x's a day that's a bit much for anyone's schedule. The herb is for a batter, but can be injested. The herb batter seems complicated to make and time consuming. I think when I get to do it I will leave out thier version of boobie batter and make my own. I will also ask about how to cut down the time to use the magnets. The book can be confusing at first, but I think I get it after reading for about 2 hrs. It doesn't seem too bad. I do think it is very important to follow the instructions carefully though or you could screw yourself up. You have to stay away from all things electronic including credit cards, dvd's and cd's while wearing the magnets and other people also because it can enter thier body! I asked if all the strong currents going through your body could affect your heart and he said only if you have a pace maker or if you have heart problems already he wouldn't recommend using it. Overall not too bad I guess I could stay away for everyone for 3 min at a time and catch a break for my going on 7 kids lol! I guess when a few of us get to try it we can share the results. It will be a while for me because I will have my LAST kid in Oct. and breast feed for a while. During that time I will use it to prepare my body for the system by becoming more healthy, learning to drink half my amount of body weight in ounces, and after breastfeeding taking the cayenne that they recommend for circulation. I figure that way I will fully understand how it all works and the best way I want to go about doing it. Well I know I've rambled quite a bit, hopefully I've shed some light on the subject for a few.

The massage time is actually quite lengthly for the system. It's 5 minutes before *and* after each of the 5 magnet sessions! So, that means 50 minutes total massage a day. I wrote to the author to ask if less massage would be okay. He said it might not be as effective, but yes, maybe do 3 minutes before and after each magnet session.

Trying really hard!
January 2 2008, 6:13 AM

I'm trying really hard to follow the NBA method (just magnets) exactly as described. So far, it's only my 3rd day trying it, but I can already tell that this is not going to work once I am off break. I have also been doing the pectoral exercises and the proper hydration protocol, which isn't actually so bad, but that might be because I drink a lot of water anyway. I don't know if adding the salt has actually elevated my energy levels as it says it should in the book, but I was definitely more energetic than usual in the late evening yesterday. All I need to do now is start a power-walking regimen... I am not a workout person, so we'll see how long that lasts once it begins.

Has anyone successfully made the tinctures and is using them with the magnets? Ignore this if it's been asked before... I'm just curious.

I made the tincture but with my own herbs as I don't agree with the ones he used - e.g. we've pretty much realised that Wild Yam does not give us progesterone and there are better estrogenics.

The other ingredients are difficult to get hold of and expensive but I did manage to follow pretty actually and it wasn't much of a tincture (more like a cow pat!). I used it religiously morning and evening while using Brava overnight and magnets all day at work for a few weeks but after a while the DMSO made my skin peel so I gave up on it. I do intend to try the tincture again but more to my own recipe and I know I'll never have time to follow the NBA program properly while I'm at work. Also his theory that DMSO used with Brava would give 2-3 cup increase in 10 weeks didn't look like it was happening, I think Brava's doing a good job but didn't really think the tincture added anything other than a strange smell about me!

I'm planning to mostly stick to the magnetism part and I'll do herbs my way.

I'll repeat here one question I made in another thread, sth I don't get - according to the book, you get relatively little time of wearing magnets a day, you're not supoosed to wear them all day, right? How come some have decided to wear the magnets all day/night?

Mainly for convenience and / or to make up for not doing the massages 10x daily. The reason I originally didn't try NBA is that I can't put things in and out of my bra and spend time massaging for 3 sessions at work. I think when I'm done with the suction methods (I've timed this to be over summer when it would be uncomfortable to sleep with domes on anyway) I'll massage in bed in the morning, put the electronic pink massager in my bra in the morning so I can do 2-3 15 minute sessions throughout the day, then massage properly when I get in and again before bed (as you can tell I don't get out much!)

According to what people have posted here before, although the nba system uses magnets, its taking herbs which are the core of the system?

Kelly
(Login kmordaunt)
The herbs are no longer the core
May 27 2007, 8:12 PM

The herbs are now an optional adjunct. It is no longer necessary to use herbs. All that is required are six small magnets (cost: $5.40 plus s/h) and, for reduction at least a foot of magnetic tape (cost: $25 a foot plus s/h.) So, it technically isn't an herbal system anymore. All the procedures have changed and it is entirely magnetic, with the option of also adding herbs.

-----------------------------------------
If they say it can't be done, what they are really saying is that they don't know how to do it.

Here is a message that I copied from an old post (hope that's ok to do). She is talking about a system called 'mykelco,' but I think it is the same as the NBA system, or very similar, from what I have read.

"mykelco is a rourtine based on DMSO (a strong but stinky transdermal carrier) , typical herbs (fenugreek, saw palmetto, dong Quai, Fennel, cayenne, stablized Oxygen drops etc..) and magnet therapy (for overall breast health). you use all the herbs and DMSO to make a booby paste which you lather on your chest. you use the magnet to "magnetize" your drinking water and you wear them over your breasts.mykelco has its own private forum but its not very active and most women are complaining about rashes and lack of progress (so no success stories on that site). also the guy has put up Before pictures for about 12 women and after a year he still hasnt updated with after pictures of anyone. his wife claims she had success and they put up after pictures of her but no before picture. its just rediculouse. to tell you the truth this thing probably doesnt work. DMSO is good stuff for NBE, cayane is a bit strong but it may help some people with increasing circulation to the breast. but overall this method doesnt work. NO one on the mykelco forum has reported growth after 2 or 3 years of it being around and not too many women like how the batter makes their skin feel and look. Over all i give this method a thumbs down."

re myleco
June 9 2007, 10:14 PM

There were woman who reported growth, but a lot of them just talked about trying to find the ingrediants, which for grls overseas was difficult. i remeber 1 post from someone from australia who couldn't find distilled water! and there were some people who had trouble with burning from the cayene in the first forum. cayene was optional, though and i wouldn't use itanyway, neither of these forums are now available. i assume that since it doesn't use herbs anymore, only magnets now, that they'll make a brand new forum for the new technique. as for the pics, they've got 3 woman in their galleries, 1 with before and after, the other 2 with before shots, no afters, but they both got testimonials and 1 girl has nude shots. 2 of the 3 claim a 2 cup size increase.
