Hello all, I am new here to BreastNexus and I am quiet jealous of many of you lovely ladies, I have always been very small chested and rather underdeveloped, in my opinion.I am 20 now and I don't know how to go about making them look more appealing, I don't want huge breasts I would just prefer a shape and size that matches my frame better. I don't even know what size I am for bras because I have never had any bra properly fit.
Chest (above breast): 31"
Bust: 32"
Under Bust: 28"
Those are my measurements.
I am very tight on money so I can't really afford some of the methods to increase bust size that I have read about. With many of the methods I question their longevity, I truly would like something that can give me long lasting results, I don't mind having to keep a small routine, but I really do not want to have to be taking any more than an hour per day to maintain them.

I want to know if you guys do believe they are underdeveloped, I was also worried that they are tubular. I also thought that some of the shape could be due to me having lost about 40 pounds a while ago, I lost 4 inches around my bust and under bust.

There should be some pictures (sorry for the acne I got sick and that tends to make me break out)
If the pictures didn't show up, oops.
Welcome. I think you look great, by the way. I am really impressed that you lost 40 pounds and your body and skin seems to have adjusted really well. Congrats. I think that since you are young, you might start with a massage routine. Just massage has worked great for some of us girls that have completed puberty, as well. I am no expert to speak to whether you have underdeveloped breasts, especially taking into account your recent body changes. I would say that even though people your age usually think they have "finished growing," there may be changes yet. I don't think I was quite done growing until I was about 20 or so. I didn't even have all my teeth until I was in college.
Anyway, massage (in recent years) helped me a lot with the shape of my breasts. I assure you, I know what it means to have different shaped breasts!
Here is a thread that may help: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=24267

Good luck!

HeLlow sweety !!
U can increase ur breast size naturally by simple massage
It's true
I was like u and when I started massage my boobs were 33 and now 35 inch
check my personal program and within 1 month u will feel the difference and
But u will do massage regularly and never leave otherwise ur boobs will shrink again
So do this for 5-6 months for permanent results and when u reach ur goal
u can do massage only for 10- 15 minutes

Good luck Smile
You are very young and can expect more changes. Hope you grow into those beautiful nipples/areola.
Yeah, still might grow a bit more! At least over the next 2 or 3 years. I actually grew 6" taller after I graduated high school!! I think I hit my peak around 23 or 24.
I cant believe you lost 4" ,that would have been devastating. I lost boob size which Id gained with NBE through weight loss but not that much.
Agree with the massaging comment, go see her alyssas thread.
Add in a protein powder (namely pea if you are lactose intolerant). But because of your age you have plenty of growth hormones still so massaging should be a good choice.
Maybe get a wholefood dietary supplement multi and some fish oil so youre getting all your vitamens and minerals to aid hormone production. Esp B vitamens if you tend to drink alchohol. Booze depletes B vits. So cover your amino acids/protein and get all your daily vits/mins that might help.
Good luck.

I dont think that you're breasts are that under developed, they look nice Smile they are just on the smaller side. I know you said you are tight on money-- I think Noogleberry would work well for you, it will allow you to grow more tissue and help with shape and fill you out. It takes time but I think it will pay off. When you have the money I would look into it.. I found that working with herbs actually wound up costing me more money because I had to keep looking into it very few months.

Are you looking to work with herbs? if you feel your breasts are under developed you could look into Bovine Ovary but do your research on this hormone therapy first, please!

If you are level in your hormones you could look into these herbs:

this helped me when I first started nbe Smile

make sure to cycle your herbs Smile learn your cycle and your hormones too, follicular, luteal, menses.
Your breasts are definitely not underdeveloped, for a 20 year old they look just fine... I am also certain that as you get older your breasts will also pick up more volume, filling in nicely over time.

Also smaller perky breasts such as yours are actually quite attractive so there's no need to think they are not appealing.
Hey Hopper, I really think you can still grow them, especially with your age. A simple massage routine every night before bed and a proper nutrition can make a great difference. Look up at chi massage and be sure that you're having a good diet. If you can ask your docter to have your hormones tested, not forgeting progesterone, would be nice for you to build a simple NBE regime. I think you may have mild tuberous breasts, I do have too, what is often associated with low progesterone. Look at my program page if you like.

Hun i wouldnt worry over it, personally i think its more an overall effect thing,, i mean do you feel they are in proportion with the rest of your body ? Symmetry, ,size and all that are fine but beauty is such a subjective thing,, They sound great to me,, . You'll find the system you need here,,the one that's right for you,, i wish you luck hun.
