I don't know what happened but I posted this thread a few minutes ago and it got all messy so here's my second attempt at it.

Some of you told me on my previous post ( http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=23374) that I might have DD cups. I really felt the urge to say that I don't know how that could be possible!

Maybe it's just me and I don't have a clean vision on how DD breasts look like so I measured again and again and indeed it says that I'm DD(F).

Here's some pictures of me measuring. Am I doing it wrong?

i'm posting the under bust measurements in the reply section because apparently it won't let me attach more than 3 photos.

Although I can see how some of you might think that they're "not small" (I can't say big) they don't feel like much, and that's what bothers me the most.

Even if I lift one up it still won't give me much tissue on the upper chest area.

Notice how deflated they are.

Oh ..now I can attach 4? ..great
They are nice, but those are not DD's, no offense intended of course.

It sure looks like you're measuring correctly, which brings up this whole issue of why most breast owners are wearing the wrong size.

Almost every site has a different method of measuring and figuring things out. For example at La Senza if you measured 29 inches on your underbust you have a 34 band. I have no idea how that works, but that's their info.

Victoria's secret says to use a soft tape and start on your back at the band level and then at the front go above the bust where the straps meet the cup.

So... no real solid information. All I can do is suggest the following. Go to walmart and buy or try a C cup in your band size, it will probably cost you $5-$8. The reason I suggest a C is that's what you look like. If it is too tight then try a band size higher but stay with the C cup. Once you figure out the band size then you can change cup sizes. Remember that if you go up a band size you can typically go down a cup size. So if you were a 36D you could also probably wear a 38C.

Cup size is not an absolute because of fullness. You have length but not girth which is going to cause issues.

My wife fills a 38C very well, but if she just goes by measurements she is a 38DD as she has thin breasts.

Good Luck!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I do feel like I could fit much better into the C's category. With upper breast tissue I would be D but you're right. I can relate better to that. Also I found this link and it gives a much more accurate cup size chart:
https://www.americanapparel.net/sizing/d...womens.bra
From what I can tell I'm between B and C, so yeah. I have C cup bust!
Thanks for the tips as well.
I have always seen most bra sites suggest you wear a bra that is not padded and possibly a wire one. It shouldn't be tight fitting.

I think it aids to hold all of the breast tissue and fat in place for a more accurate measurement.

I don't really wear bras. Depends on the type of clothing that I'm wearing I guess. Usually i like to wear my bikini neck bra (i don't know if that's what it's called) like this one: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51...SY445_.jpg
I just wanted to know my cup size only because I've been asked for it on my previous post. And I didn't believe I was near a D also.
Take this for what's worth. Being a man with Gynecomastia I have been wearing bra's for the last year pretty solid. I tried to look and use them guides. Here is my observation.

If your breast's are wide set, all bets are off as to cup size, just almost the same if you are fuller in the center and not so much on the outside.

According to my measurements.

Top of bust(armpit) 43.5"
Across Nipple 48"
Under Bust (strap would go) 40"

most bra guides put me in a 44 DD(F)

LOL... B.S.

It's more like a 40 C So, go off your strap measurement. As far as Cup size, if you eyeball it, buy a cheap one and see how it fits you. To me, you might be a D cup, just by looking at your picture.

Hi, nice to meet you! Thank you so much for letting me know! I'm not used to posting new threads yet. I thought this was the right section because I've read on Q&A that I have to click on the specific forum that identifies with the topic that I'm posting about and .. that's pretty much it. I could use a bit of guidance from you though. Blush I also found out in the meantime that that's how it works with deleting/modifying threads as for the pics I already deleted them. Thanks again!
