Hi all,

I started my journey off about a month ago, beginner baby steps detailed here: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21046

These are my measurements as of June 29/14:
Underbust 29.5"
Bust 33"

As of today July 27/14
Underbust 29.5
Bust 33.8"

I'm really excited about the measurements I'm getting, but I realize that much of it must be swelling from my noogling, but that's a start! Positive thinking. The husband actually commented that my bigger boob feels and looks bigger... Woohoo, right?! But that means my smaller boob, the rightie need even more TLC. So I must get even more active on that boob. But to be fair, I've notice more flesh filling out on the upper part of my small boob, and I like that and have no problem with it trying to catch up there ( I focus a lot of my massaging there currently).

As for my programs it's evolved in the following way:

Day 1 of menstrual period for 15 days
massage 2x daily - cocoa butter oil & noogleberry 7min on, 2min off
PM(300mg) 2x daily
MSM(1000mg) 1x daily
Biotin(300mg) 1x daily
Vitamin d3 (25mcg) 1x daily - geared more for general health & mood
Evening primrose oil(500mg) 4x daily
Spearmint tea 1x daily

Rest of cycle
massage 2x daily - flax seed oil/cocoa butter oil & noogleberry 7min on, 2min off
fenugreek(610mg) 2x daily
red clover (400mg) 1x daily
saw palmetto (160mg) 2x daily
Flax, borage and fish oil cap(1200mg) 2x daily
MSM(1000mg) 1x daily
Biotin(300mg) 1x daily
Vitamin d3 (25mcg) 1x daily
spearmint tea/licorice tea alternate 1x daily
Fennel tea 1x daily

My beginner photos were of me in a pink push up bra, but I left that one in the city (there goes a goal of taking a controlled scientific approach). So I had to make due with an unpadded mesh bra. Oh well. I am just happy that my right boob is showing signs of (minute) cleavage.

Awesome!! Good luck to you! You're program sounds pretty good. I got my PM in yesterday so I'm starting also, just dont know what to do about cycling cuz I never know when I get my period. Sometimes every 3 months. But ill probably cycle like you in your program, and take my FG, SP, and maca on the off days too (been taking these for a week now) I don't have much herbs but I massage with flaxseed oil and just take my herbs and i do my best to be dedicated to it, and so far im seeing progress! Hope to hear more progress from you as well!

The progress is noticeable! How long do you noogle for?

Twice a day I go for about an hour with 15 minutes on, 2 minutes off (massaging with cocoa butter oil when taking PM). It's become a ritual for me, I noogle and drink tons of water while watching Fresh Prince, lol.

Yesterday I was having such amazing swelling, making me super stoked. My husband has been commenting all weekend about it. I'm lucky in that my husband is gone all summer operating our businesses while I'm in the city thru the week so I can noogle away... This weekend was tricky tho, with my sister in law visiting.

Things are improving at a steady pace. I cheated a few days ago and measured myself at 34.1" (a gain is a gain) However, since then my family gas been struck my a stomach virus. First my husband, then my little guy, and now me. So I'm noogling less and spending more time curled in a fetal position waiting to be healthy again. Urgh.
