Hello everyone,
This is my first post and i had been on NBE program a few year ago with just took PM powder for about 2 months till i stopped because i was too lazy lol.
But later after i stopped it, i saw some growth on my boobs, poorly i didn't take any exact measurement to track the growth, but my boobs have really changed as it got bigger, rounder and firmer. The great thing is theyre still like that now even after few years of not taking any PM or anything.

That fact makes me think that PM apparently works to me.
So i decided to start my journey again on NBE with :
- 1/3 table spoon of Raw Maca Roots Powder at noon
- Microgynon Birth control at 7pm
- 1/4 teaspoon PM powder before bed

It has been 2,5 months now, no significant growth seen yet
But my boobs feel rounder and sometimes theres some sensation of pain after taking the PM powder.

My measurement today :
34,5" bust (the underbust is 28", so maybe 32C or 34B?)
28" waist
35,5" hips
(My Pictures attached below, i'm sorry for the dusty mirror)

I hope i can get a full 32DD or 32E.

As i haven't taken any anti androgen at all, so is it ok if i take Saw Palmetto on my next cycle?
As well as do some massage (chiyomilk version) with olive oil mixed with a lil bit of PM powder?
Any advice or correction of my program would be greatly appreciated

You look great to start with your breasts are beautiful.
I think you should start by finding a correct bra size though look at you no way a 34 anything with a 28in underbust you should wear about a 28dd/e or no bigger in the band than 30d/dd wearing the correct size will help increase your breasts alone by using the swoop and scoop method and with chiyomilks massage its even more important to wear a bra tight enough in the band loose enough in the cup after chyio paid extra attention finding the right bra to move fat but just the right size of any bra will help a lot.

Are you taking pueraria all month? it is OK if you take birth control if you have period changes lower the dose or only take days you use the pill.
If your pill is progesterone based your results could be even better.

Hi bonita, Yes i am. Well i'm taking puera powder 19 days ish, i'm not taking it 2 days prior placebo pills and 7 days when im on placebo pills. My period always came on time, so i guess i didn't get any problem with my period so far
But yees, i just bought progesterone- only pills and i think im going to switch my current BC with it on my next cycle
And you're right, i haven't gotten my best fitted bra size yet so thank you i will check out and try either 28e or 30dd as you advised, soon
Anyway is it ok to mix the olive oil with puera powder for massage session? Or maybe i should try flaxeed oil?

No problem I'm sure you will have more great results you have a lot to start with, I had good results on BC and pueraria mirifica too.

Hello, i started using progesterone based pill and 1/3 tea spoon of puera powder, taking them after my period stopped and its the 7th day today.
Adding chiyomilk fat transfer massage, chi massage and rockmelon ringtone by yesterday.
My boobs feel hurt and theres some weird sensation as if theyre getting bigger. I don't know if it's a growth, but hopefuly it is.

Bonita, how did you take the bc and puera? Did you take em like whole month?

My period calendar showing me that i supposed to be on my ovulation day today.
Aaand for the very first time in my life, today i got some brown-ish spotting while on birth control.
Just read some articles about it that say an ovulatin spotting is a normal thing, even it could be a good sign for those people who want to make babies cause it could means that youre awesomely fertile.
But, whoaa? I don't want any babies for now. And i'm taking the BC to also prevent pregnancy actually. It should be no ovulation with it, right?
Anybody help me with some insight?
