Hello all,
I went a little crazy discovering NBE and these forums and just started buying things like crazy on Amazon lol! Now that I have done more research I have formulated a plan with what I bought. Please let me know if you have any advice or input - hopefully I'm not doing something totally wrong!

A little background info : I got my thyroid and hormones tested in January because I was feeling run-down, tired, and I was spotting every single day. Tests came back everything normal except I was deficient in Vitamin D. I wish I would have asked for the specific results but I had no idea I needed them at the time (I wonder if they'd have the results still if I called?). The form I have from the test says they did "Estrogens - serum, progesterone, fsh, tsh reflex, basic metabolic panel, cbc with diff, iron/tibs/% saturation, viamind d 25 hydroxy, b12. Really don't want to have to go back and get another test especially since I'd probably have to hold off on the NBE. So theoretically everything is normal but, I have a few concerns; I gained like 30 lbs in the fall which was another reason I wanted to get tested. I also have a lot of coarse black hairs on my chin and upper lip, so I am using my tweezers and REM spring daily and it seems like I can never get rid of it all, there's always 3 or 4 that I miss and notice when I look closely in a mirror. I have convinced myself that my boyfriend doesn't notice but who knows >_> hell if I am going to bring it up lol. I also have some black hair on my stomach but it's not noticeable right now unless you look close. Mainly because a few years ago I had laser hair removal there and bikini line. It was gone for a year and started to come back, but lighter, softer and more sparse. With this kind of issue plus weight gain and most of my weight going to my belly I was thinking I might have PCOS or something but I must not, because without hormones or IUD, period is decently regular even though my cycle has been 32-41 days long.. and no doctor has ever said anything during annual exam and supposedly my hormones were at normal levels. Is it possible to have like a mild form? lol.. my only family history is that my mom had a cyst the size of a pineapple removed a couple years ago + a hysterectomy.. scary o.O No one knew it was there, she just had a couple years of symptoms like overactive bladder, bloating and weight gain..

I realized the spotting had to be from my non-hormonal copper IUD which was in for 5 years (Lasts 10-12), so I had it removed at the end of January. Spotting immediately stopped. I loved my IUD because I hated hormones. I was on BC pills from age 15-22 and looking back I think that's why I was absolutely crazy when I was younger. I'm talking getting so upset I would throw things, break things, bash my head on the wall, etc. lol I can't even imagine being like that now.. I like never.. ever get angry.. maybe a TEENY bit testy during PMS but that's it. I actually feel pretty monotone emotionally most of the time, meaning never really happy or sad or angry, which also kind of sucks. While I was on the non-hormone IUD for about 2 years and had a period last an ENTIRE month, I was given some BC pills to try and regulate it. I took them for THREE DAYS and turned into a RAGING PSYCHO.. so I had to stop them and just deal with the bleeding lol.

So after this 13 year long ordeal with trying to find a good birth control method, I discovered the LadyComp which I purchased at the end of January right before I got my IUD out. It is fabulous! I have been using it to chart my cycle since then and so far it's been 36 days, 32 days, and 41 days.

So anyway with my symptoms I was thinking I have too much testosterone or not enough estrogen? I dunno. So this is the plan I came up with, based on Chiyomilk's plan somewhat, along with some things which I hope will help with whatever hormone issue I have.

Follicular Phase:

Spearmint Leaf/Tea
DIM Plus
MSM
Green Tea
Maca
Pueraria Mirifica
--------------------------------
Luteal Phase:

Bovine Ovary
Fennugreek Extract/Tea
Wild Yam Extract
Dandelion Root Tea
MSM
Green Tea
Maca
--------------------------------

Step 1 Bradelis Bra
Japanese Sleep Bra
Kangzhu Pump
UB Toner Exercises
Massage
Flax Oil
Hops Oil
Almond Oil
Collagen Cream

I'm also trying to lose weight at the same time. I have had success in the past with Medifast (lost 70 lbs in 6 mos.), which is a meal replacement program that is soy protein based, low fat, low sodium, low GI, low carb, etc. lol - You have 5 per day, each having 25% of pretty much all typical vitamins, and then 1 meal of lean protein and vegetables. So I think I should be okay as far as regular vitamins go. I'm also choosing this program again because I have a huge stockpile of it thanks to my mom quitting and giving it all to me lol.

PHEW.. so anyway.. tell me what you think Huh

Hi Iggy,

Ambitious , btw very cool intro and thought out plan.

If I could make a couple of suggestions, before you get started get the vitamin D deficiency in order. A vitamin D deficiency can effect absorption of nutrients.
  • DIM while it balances estrogen metabolism (which is good) it can also diminish E levels too. DIM speeds up E Metabolism.
  • Interesting choice on PM/BO, can you explain the choice?, I think it's risky so early in the program.
  • Have you consider PC in luteal?
  • I'd stick with MSM.
  • MSM- Methyl sulfonyl methane, makes collagen by changing softer protein into harder connective tissue collagen, it's used for pain and swelling of the joints caused by osteoarthritis. MSM is also said to aid in male enhancement because its large amount of sulfur which benefits collagen synthesis.
  • Flax may or may not work, people metabolize it differently, (IMO, coconut oil
    would be a better choice)
  • Coconut oil-makes connective tissues stronger for that much desired softness and elasticity. superb antioxidant activities that neutralize free radicals and slowing down aging, aids in breast feeding, Coconut oil is nature's richest source of MCFAs."
  • Flaxseed oil-Lignan, massage, omega-3 fatty acids, Flax seed oil can increase prolactin, at the cost of lowering estrogen, (lignans inhibit aromatase, slows down the conversion of testosterone to estrogen), helps with breast pain
  • Careful with tipping the balance of phytoestrogens, too much will stall and limit your growth. Cycling is a huge benefit towards that balance, Dandelion helps up-regulate estrogen receptors and aids in detoxifying.

Wink welcome aboard and be safe!
Sounds a good plan I like that you are trying to cycle pm and no have only seen that somewhere as an alternative to chiyomilks expensive Japanese products.
It could be good I was thinking of trying as I have Swanson women's multiglandular with a very small amount of ovary.
One thing I will say though is maybe start with fewer supplements just for the first month see if taking so many things is OK for your body or you may not need as many.

Thanks for the tips! Since I got those results in January I started taking a liquid magnesium with vitamin D supplement and then I switched over to Vemma liquid muiltivitamin which had 250% vitamin D. I'm almost out of that, but my guess is that the Vit D deficiency is gone, who knows :o I'm not quite as tired all the time as I used to be! I should get 100% of most vitamins through nutrition though hopefully.

I based it off Chiyomilk's plan which I read she did PM during Folicular then Whitex and Super B-Up during Luteal. I checked the ingredients of Super B-Up and it included dandelion root, wild yam and fennugreek which is all stuff that I have (it also has a buncha other stuff like black cohosh, chasteberry, and more, but just sticking with what I've already bought for now lol). It also said Whitex is placenta and basically does the same thing as Bovine Ovary, which I had already bought so I substituted that there.

The flax oil I am only using for massage, I did it last night and wow it is so much better than other oils I tried just because it doesn't really absorb into the skin, so you can just keep massaging forever with a small amount lol. I will definitely try it with coconut oil too as I have some of that.

What is PC? I might be having a brain cramp lol.

I agree I don't want to take too much of anything, I think I will start everything at a very low dose and re-evaluate in a month or earlier if I encounter any issues.

Thanks for the reply Bonita, I did see BO as an alternative to Whitex in Chiyomilk's plan, I think it was on this page http://getcurvynow.com/breast-enhancemen...chiyomilk/

From the site:
"What Chiyomilk does is she’ll take the Pueraria 99% (which is a high quality Pueraria Mirifica extract) on her follicle days of the month and switch to B-Up Drops and Whitex (pig placenta) on luteal phase."

I agree I will try and start small, don't want to get too over my head O.o I just got a little excited and went on a shopping spree lol!
