Do not worry busty, it is normal to have periods of low growth, it happens with all supplements, massage or specific foods. It happened to me in the third month of fenugreek tea to not have more growth. After another month has started to grow.
You now need targeted massage to increase blood circulation and lymph glands. Together they attract substances of the PM, the "more Milk" and let you do the girls grow even more and keep growing and swelling.
I can link you to some specific massages to the already large breasts (cup E +) such as ours.
I already use one of these lymphatic massage, and it works great to prevent the severity and maintain firm breasts and let them grow.

I have been pretty preoccupied with some issues at home with the hubby, but I have not stopped NBE and I have been right on track. I have not measured yet but I did swell a bit past my last photo measurement and then I think they did settle down into what is a non swollen size. They no longer feel tender at all and it has been a bit now since my monthly. They do feel nice and full and I can live with the perkiness now! :-) I am so thankful for NBE. If I would have to guess I would say I am very close to the same measurements as my last photo I posted with the tape measure and it should be without swelling. I think it's great to post progress pics with the tape measure because it motivates me and also the tape measure is always a true way to see some progress. Of course it doesn't measure over all fullness and perkiness but I keep track of that visually as well as to the touch and bounce with firmness. All of my 34J's are causing quad boob some much worse than others. I am now constantly readjusting myself the girls in my bra for comfort and also so I don't look like i am spilling out, when before my boobs slopped into the cups. I am excited and think I may have to bra shop soon. I doubt I will see more growth after this, I doubt I will keep up at this pace with is totally fine with me. I am not sure to invest now in new bras or maybe a bit later down the road. I will be adding MSM next as recommended by SurferJoe to promote perkiness more. I haven't remeasured but plan to do so soon in the same bra as I have been... I think this would be the last time with that bra, I will be retiring it and consider it outgrown!!! BB congratulations on achieving your goal of rounding out and firming up. I am uber jealous of your progress. You are the girl with my “dream boobs”. I doubt I will ever reach your size, but I would be ecstatic if I could achieve the amount of growth you have. As you are my inspiration is there any way you can post some more progress pics? Perhaps replicate some of your earlier pictures so your growth is evident. I love seeing what is attainable with nbe and you are the biggest motivator to me. Thank you!!
Thanks everyone for the kind words and well wishes. I would like to make a quick update. No changes to measurements to report, the girls haven't shrunk either. Still struggling with weight and working on getting that together, really need to tone up. Haven't been very good about staying on my NBE supliments lately. Anyway that's it...
