Hello Everyone!

I started out lurking and reading, then started asking questions, so now I figure I should start posting my own journey.

A bit about me: 40y female, been small-chested all of my life, VERY pear-shaped. My sister and mom are both DDs - I take after my dad's side of the family. The women on his side grew boobs once they got pregnant (from A to ~C cups), so I guess we need the pregnancy hormones to finish our puberty or something! However, due to my ex's military career (non-stop deployments, relationship strain, etc), I never had children. I also had a lot of stress (high cortisol) and poor nutrition during my childhood, which I know stunts growth. I'm barely 5 ft tall, and have weighed between 94-98 lbs most of my adult life (currently around 10lbs heavier but refuse to get on scale). My point of all this is I feel I may have some good boobie-growing potential, but my life just hasn't allowed it yet. At least that's what I'm hoping!

I've gained around 10lbs in the last year due to inactivity, but only ever gain on my thighs and recently stomach (meh), NEVER on the boobs! Although I have gone from mosquito bites to tiny ones so maybe I've gained a slight bit of fat in the boobies?!

OK, ENOUGH boring history! Now my NBE journey, starting around 1 month ago...

Tough to say my starting size bc of my asymmetry, but left breast AAA, right breast AA, bottom-heavy breasts with ZERO tissue on top.

1) Bought brava 3yrs ago but couldn't tolerate it due to skin irritation - tried it again this month after reading this amazing forum! Changed from brava wipes to aloe which was an immense help, but I'm too narrow for even the narrow-medium domes - the pain at my armpit was just too intense for me. Plus, I kept losing suction, the smartbox would then go crazy and suction until my boobies kept turning purple. Not good! No more brava for now.

2) Started doing massage - very sore and breasts felt heavy the first few days, since I've felt nothing but still doing daily. Doing the reiki and female deer. Breasts do seem slightly fuller. Plus I've always had fibrocystic breasts and my boobie breast pain has improved. :-)

3) Bought small size Noogleberry! Pump/release with massage between. Cups were causing painful red indents (even with just enough suction to keep them on - I have very sensitive skin) and veins were becoming pronounced, I think from too much force on them during suction. Massage plus NB gave me small but sustained swelling.

4) Switched to Kangzhu cups with NB pump - LOVE these cups! So much more comfortable! No indents, veins much less pronounced! I've been using these the same way I was noogling: 7-10 min on, release 3-5 min with massage, for around 30-60 minutes. The past week I've worked more on my smaller breast to try to help with asymmetry.

5) Too nervous to do hormones - scared of breast cancer, mood swings, messing up my cycle. I've been a bit depressed lately due to heartbreak from the ex, so I don't want to do anything to make that worse. I may try PM cream with massage - I'm not sure though. I think I might have good luck w/hormones due to my family hx of growing during pregnancy but I'm scared...

6) Started working out every other day - hoping to get my thunder thighs in better shape while the kangzhu helps keep me from losing the little breast I have! Also I tend to normally eat a low-carb, high protein diet so at least that should help...

Kangzhu needs a good verb like noogling... "kanging" just doesn't have the same ring to it!

Good luck first and foremost. And sorry re the heartbreak you have experienced. Stress certainly doesn't help matters.
A lot of us here are trying the subliminals and hypnosis as well in some way or another.
My mother had a small chest before me, then after me she went back down to small, then after she had a second child boom!
I hoped after I had a second child the same would happen to me but that wont be happening so I too figure if we try to replicate the pregnancy and lacting hormones it will help boost it given its a family trait. I believe it can be done too but its risky if you don't know which hormones to raise etc so good call on doing it the way you are doing it first. We have growth hormone to think of too late 30's Sad I don't like the GH boosters so its meat, sleep, exercise and apparently melatonin helps I recently read. I take that to help me sleep and it seems to work better than all the herbal what not I have tried.
Anyway good luck, remember to take the pics too even if its for your eyes only and a measuring bra. That's the only way I've tracked any changes as I'm pretty unobservant.

Ellacraig - thank you for your support! are you doing any hormones/herbals other than melatonin? and what does melatonin are you trying? I'm now thinking of trying a low dose of PM but am nervous. I've recently started melatonin to help me sleep anyway - a sleep doctor recommended a dose of only 1mg for everyone but that seems very low. Please keep me updated on your progress, and thank you again!

Im using a homeopathic melatonin only when i need it. Its very diluted so i have no idea how much im using :s
I too am very scared but very tempted by pm. It feels to me alot of us girls try the weaker formulas first and then move onto pm. I think this makes alot of sence as by starting on low weak phyto herbs it gives us a good idea of how raised hormone levels are going to effect us instead of jumping in and trying pm first - thats just my humble opinion though.

I havent bern consistent with anything nbe untill the past few weeks including with herbs but still had improvements. Now im sticking with a programme i hope thongs go smoother and faster :p
