I have decided to start a thread to keep myself on track and have accountability. I know that NBE works because I already grew an inch from my past work. I use to post back when Eve only had her Natural Breast Enhancement forum. I still remember when we discovered the power of vitex based on one woman's experience, LOL.

Nowadays, I have simplified my program to consuming PM, and listening to hypnosis every night. My goal is to gain an additional two inches.

Starting Method

1) Take 300mg of Pueraria mirifica twice a day, starting from the first day of the Uterine Cycle (menstruation) and ending on the day of the Follicular Phase (ovulation).

2) Listen to the Breast Hypnosis tape nightly. Goal is to learn to self-induce correctly.

I was around for the original forum, too! I remember keeping an eye on tigerlily and fengshui, since I felt I was too young for herbs.
