Hi everyone
I'm currently on the BO and PC program.
I recently read on some old posts here about DIM Plus and was surprised to find out there is good and bad estrogen. There are many positive reviews about DIM Plus. I'm keen to add it to my program considering that it comes from vegetables.
Is anyone who is on the BO program taking DIM plus?
Does it help with NBE?
