Okay, first of all here is my introduction with some of background story if you're interested!

http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=17513

I am on a low budget as of now, so my starter program will be only things I have already or cheap. I don't believe in throwing hundreds of dollars away on this. I will see what I can achieve in a months time with this and then reevaluate!

Prenatal vitamin- 1x daily
Fenugreek pill (powder form)- 610mg 3x a day with a meal
Heating pad- for 10-15 minutes before massage
Massage- 2x daily with Palmer's Cocoa Butter Stretch Mark Therapy (At least until I get some muscle rub)
I also want to do some settle exercises at least 2x a week.

What are some other cheap things that you guys have found success with?

Hi. I've no advice re your breast situation but I can tell you I too lost 10kgs after giving birth and had horrific post natal. At the time I didn't realise what was going on and if It took me a long time and reubuild my body back up to a healthy weight. I did it with a good multi, put some weight back on by visiting a bodybuilding shop and getting the right type of protein powder that helps you gain weight and has nutrients etc and with that alone I regained some of my figure. My breasts were never really affected and remained the same size "ish" but when I really started eating again and protein powder etc I got up to to a healthy weight and It went to my boobs also. I since lost it again and am floating around in the middle. But also make sure you have plenty of iron too. My doctors never checked me for that after baby so that could have contributed to how thin I became also.
Good luck
There are plenty of cheap yet effective breast pumping devices out there.... google Chinese Therapy cups for breasts..... as an example...
Buying on the cheap ---

FG -- you can buy in 500gm pks from grocery stores .
FN - same as above
PM - you can but 1kg loose powder on net .
Spearmint - grow your own
WY - buy bulk powder on net
Deer massage - free look up on net

You can make own tincture , details on net .
I agree with the others above! there are plenty of cheap options out there for nbe and one of my FAVES is the noogleberry pump! Its relatively cheap considering a lot of the bs breast enhancement products out there that may or may not work! Its around $60ish I think but its WELL worth the investment. I think my nb pump is the best thing I ever added to my program. If you haven't had a chance to look at my pictures, pop on over and check em out and youll see what I mean!

I tried many different routes for nbe but when I didn't have ne thing else and couldn't afford more products, my nb was always there and so I used it off and on thru out the years and its made a huge difference and its lasted a long time! Its very durable!

I wish you the best on ur journey!
ELLACRAIG thank you for your reply! It is nice to know I'm not alone! I'm really hoping I can get back some weight. I really do think that'll help some.
Karren, have you used them? If so, did you get good results?

No worries Smile For me eating again made me FEEl a lot better too. I couldn't eat for soo long afterwards. I'd be looking into supplements that balance your hormones too, I only wish I Knew all that after I had a baby, my life might have been soo much easier.
Isn't it odd how some women gain breasts post pregnancy and keep them then others loose them all! Where's the justice!!! Good luck Smile
Chelsee, I checked out your threads and I am amazed. You are now my role model for this NBE journey! I can't believe the awesome progress you've made. Would you owe most of your growth to the noogle? I read up on it and I'd love to try it....But even though it is considerably cheaper than others, I don't believe hubby would be happy spending $60 on it. Who knows though, maybe in a couple months we'll be sitting better with money.
I would love to stay in touch with you for advice sake. Smile

Yes! It's crazy...especially when it gave me such big boobies so drastically....they left about as fast as they came. Sad
I mean it looked like I had big ol' fake DDs with my nursing pair. How do you go from that to flat? UGH!
