I have lurked here for a long time and just recently created a user name for the forum. I didn't want to post until all of my herbs came in. I have read up on NBE but I was always too chicken to try it. The final straw was my recent surgery... it took me off the breast implant train, that is for sure! It is safe to say that I don't much care for anesthesia! I recently had a hysterectomy and so I know that my hormones are all within normal range because I have had more blood draws than any person ever should and they shouldn't be changing since I kept my ovaries. I am starting a cycling PM and PC program with massage and exercise. I kept track of my periods for a long time and I know that I have a steady 30 day cycle with an 8 day period that always started on the 13th or 14th of the month. I breastfed my 3 children and during that time I reached a full C, which is where I would like to be again. I am currently wearing 32 AA bras from the little girls section.

My current measurements are

Underbust: 29"
At the nipple: 30.5"
Overbust: 30.75"
Waist: 25.5"
Hips: 35.5"

So, clearly, I have a long way to go, but I am really feeling positive about it. I am hoping to get the chest to match the hips and bum!

I will be taking a multi-vitamin, MSM and amino acids daily.

During days 1-12 of my cycle I will be taking Ainterol PM (starting with 1 and then bumping up to match the normal hormonal cycle.)
Days 13-15 I will be taking FG
Days 16-26 I will be taking FG and PC
Days 26-30 I will be taking just FG

and I plan to break every 3 months to cleanse with milk thistle.

I am also doing daily massage with coconut oil and exercise.

I am hoping with the research and support that I will be able to experience some real growth.

I have attached some pictures of my current size. This is right after massage.

I know that you all don't know me yet, but reading through all of your journeys, you have all been such an inspiration to me to get this started.

So, here is to growing in the new year!!!
What is your massage routine and technique?

Best of luck on your journey! Looking forward to hearing about your progress.

Best of luck on your journey! Looking forward to hearing about your progress.

I massage twice a day using the female deer technique. In the morning I do 250 circular rotations on my left breast and 300 circular rotations on my right breast because it is a bit smaller. In the evening I do 300 rotations on the left and 350 on the right.

Thank you for the best wishes! I am really hoping to get good progress! =)

Thank you Peggy! I really hope that they do! =D
I am experiencing some headaches and I get a bit of tingling when I massage. I am hoping the headaches are just me adjusting to the herbs... They aren't too bad. And the tingling, it is too early to tell, but I will take it as a good sign of things to come!

I have been massaging twice a day and in the evening I use 1/2 t. of progesterone cream while I am in my luteal phase. I am taking 1220mg of Fenugreek, 1000 mg of MSM and my multi-vitamin at the moment. When my follicular starts around the 13th I am going to continue taking the FG, MSM and MV, stop taking the progesterone and add in 500 mg of PM.

Don't know what to say about the headaches, that may be related to the herbs. If you are straining your neck or shoulders while massaging, that might lead to a headache... try to be aware of all your muscles while you are massaging.

I have never had a headache due to massage. If anything, it has relieved headaches.

I've never experienced any tingling either, just tenderness. But everyone is different! Be careful of rubbing too aggressively as well, you can hurt your boobs. I did that at first, and learned to be a little gentler with time. Tongue You will get a feel for it after a while. I usually start out (first 100 strokes) with a gentle massage to warm up my breasts, and then I massage a little more vigorously for the remaining 200 strokes.
