Hey all, my Fiance and I are really curious about NBE. I tentatively approached her about the idea several months ago and she's been really interested in it since then. Finding this website has been a major breakthrough I think but it's also a little overwhelming. I was wondering if there was somewhere in specific we should start? Should she finish losing weight and getting in shape before hand? Or might it be a good idea to get started now to try and counteract any size loss from weight loss as it happens? Any pointers would be really appreciated!
