Hi, after reading the forums here for a while I decided to experiment too.

My natural size is large enough at 36D but the problem is I'd like more fullness and uplift as, sadly, they are looking down more more than up which really upsets me. Just in case I'm 32, no kids.

I started taking Goat's rue and progesteron cream with l'arginine topically (as I do have some serious signs of estrogen dominance) on 16th January (it' second half of cycle, so think i'm in luteal phaze) and so far I can report visible difference, for some reason more so in the right breast and a change in measurement across nipples from 98cm to 100cm. Didn't have any serious pains but do feel them, like something's happening inside...don't know how to describe.

I ordered PM which I will start taking beginning next cycle and will probable continue to drink goat's rue teas throughout the day.

Didn't take photos in the beginning unfortunately, but just for reference took some today.

Still reading the amazing long thread by Isabelle, if I discover more information, will add more stuff to the program. Hope my progress will be interesting for those with similar concerns.

A little update, just to inspire myself to continue. Not sure if the progress is THAT noticeable, but I think there is a difference, especially in side view.
So I've run out of Goat's Rue, and anyway wanted to see more permanent swelling so I have just been taking PM once a day before luteal phase and progesteron cream mixed with l'arginine topically for second half of the cycle.
As of today I am 104cm (41 inch) which is more than 2 inches plus since I started in January.
The shape is I still not what I want it to be, but they are a bit fuller, which I guess is good.

Good luck to everyone, will post more results, when I get them, I seem sort of stuck for the last month or so...
