I don't know about it for eye lightening, no it's not at ALL harmful [non of the "acids" I posted are], it's a yeast that is found....can you guess...I'll wait............................you're right! It's found right there on your skin everyday!! It's one of the skin's defenses. And also it's in a few wheat products. So here is my REASONING, Azelaic acid for eye lightening will maybe drastically increase eye color alot faster, I WANT to say weeks to 3 months but I can't because I'm not sure. Oh and for eye safety, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who's rubbed their eyes. But again I'm not sure...

Now with all that said, I'm going to research more into it...might even use it if I can't find anything else, if not for the eyes for my hair, it grows hair ridiculously fast.

Hi Emily Im new and Ive been reading your posts and Im so excited to try this. So is it okay if you could post before and after pics so I could see the progress youve madeSmile? Omg that would help alot. Thankyou!

Im back with little progress, and i think i might switch to raw honey. Does anyone know if that is a good idea. I really dont think pure white clover honey works.

Miss Emily its nice to see you active and i read every post. Im a huge fan of yours and thanks forposting this its awesome Smile

I hear the best kind is the Majunka(sp?) honey so if you could find that it might help you. And it's good to be back. Smile

I've stopped all NEL so I don't have any recent photos and the ones I had I lost because I broke my phone. And won't be getting one until may. Once I start up my eye lightening again I'll post pictures.
Okay. So what all do you use to lighten your eyes?

When I was lightening I used water, honey and lemon juice. Get some distilled water if you can't get distilled then freeze the water then boil it and catch the steam.

I added my honey and lemon juice by eye not a particular measurement and then let the mixture sit a week it in a dark cool place [not the fridge] and then use.

I found out that the longer you leave your mixture the more hydrogen peroxide is produced so the lightening should be faster but I don't know by how much. And change your mixture often.

Thank you! And does it absolutely have to be distilled water? Because idk how to catch the steam lol
Hey Loretta,

I boiled up some water and made a honey mix, I have it in an eye dropper bottle. So I mixed this up about 2 months ago and haven't touched it in a month,
Do you think it would still be okay to use after 2 months of mixing? It is such a hassle to make more for me since I don't have my own kitchen.
Hi Again, I was just curious about my mixture. I added A LOT of honey and a smaller amount of water, is this okay or will it stop the lightening. I have seen results but I don't want it to stop. Maybe some instructions on making the right mixture will help? thanks Blush
@OutofSyle,

prolly make a fresh batch. The longest i left mine was a week to get more hydrogen peroxide when i did use it.
Hi everyone, I am new on here and have started the honey & water drops, and just recently added lemon to the mix. But I am curious about cinnamon!?! Well wondering if anyone has made a mix with cinnamon in their eye drops because I know cinnamon does lighten hair and wondering whether it would do the same with eyes Huh.

Has anyone put cinnamon in their eyes?
