I am a 23 year old woman

5.2 tall (or short) :P

never had kids (but definitely plan to!!!) so i want my program to be safe and not cause problems with fertility

my current cup size is probably an A but i have underdeveloped tubular breasts and they literally have nothing under the nipples so i try to hide my shape by wearing a B

I am getting married in October :D (to my best friend who in all truthfulness has been the reason i have learnt to love myself)

Now.. i think reading other member’s stories has really helped me to understand the process better, so here is mine:

Ever since the day i got my period at age 14 i have been waiting to see my breasts grow, by the age of 17 i began to loose hope. All i had was a slightly longer more tuberous shape. I really hated myself and cried a lot about this, i didn’t know what was wrong with me i felt so different from the rest of the girls in school who had beautiful shapes and some that had boobs that were JUST NOT FAIR.. seriously??? an F cup and you’re in year 9??

Anyway... i spiraled into a depression that i showed to no one.. i would seem completely normal behind my padded bra that hid a really embarrassing secret.. i felt disgusted at myself and i was convinced that when i had a job the first thing i would save for would be implants.

I went to a youth group where i met so many people and made a lot of friends, one in particular (my now fiance) was particularly interested in being friends (once, he went around getting everyone's emails and numbers so he could "send the newsletter"... he kept just mine haha) He became my friend, i talked to him about everything and he listened. We were always sharing everything and then he told me he loved me.

He has been the joy in my life and my best friend and even though i shared everything with him my undeveloped breasts were something i still could not face telling anyone.. it was a real burden and it was killing me not being completely honest with him. Our belief is to wait for marriage to move in together and yes, i am a virgin. So he has never seen my breasts. All i could think was that he would be completely turned off and not be attracted to me (i still had very sensitive insecurities) One day he was sharing with me something that happened to him and felt really down about himself.. he broke down in front of me and i thought now was the right time to tell him about my own insecurities.. He embraced me the whole time as i cried about my embarrassment, he told me he loved me and would never want anything more than what i already am... I never felt more loved and accepted but in that moment.

Why am i here then?? well.. i never knew there was a non surgical way to enhance your breasts.. i guess all i want is to be able to look more like a woman on my wedding day and if you look at my pictures you would understand why..

i want to be able to have a more normal shape.. i dont care if i dont grow more than a full A cup.. just as long as i can have that rounder shape.

I really hope i can gain more knowledge here. I really have been inspired by fellow nbers like Anastasia,Tibetian, itsjust4fun, isabelle, eveM to name a few.

THANK YOU ALL

i will be developing my program here as well as taking advice.. then i will set my official program in a new post :D
Wow you have an amazing Fiance! Im so happy you! Good luck with your growth, keep us informed about your program and progress!
Thanks you amberd88 Smile

I see you are also engaged Smile congratulations Wink

Yes.. I am still researching a bit before I know exactly which road to take.. After all I am not just trying to grow my breasts but develop them. I have little mammary glands so I think BO is the way to go.. Or is it.. Lol

I have ordered the noogleberry and Im trying out massages for now Smile
I will post photos for sure.. I have to pay it back somehow.. If it wasn't for many of the progress pictures in this website I would have never believed it Smile

Joyland I have gone through similar insecurities and I really sincerely hope that NBE works for you! I also hated myself, and still do sometimes. It took a lot for me to share my full self with my wonderful boyfriend (6 or 7 months, I think) and he was my best friend for years. So I understand the desire to feel beautiful and good about yourself. Congratulations on getting married! I'm sure no matter what you will make a gorgeous, and more importantly, wonderful wife.

I don't have any advice at the moment as I am also starting my NBE journey, but as a tuberous girl myself I find Avent Niplettes really help with shape, because they pull your areola into your nipple, constricting the skin and making the entire breast rounder. Whatever you decide to do, it seems like perseverance is key! Hope you keep us updated on your plan Smile
Thank you so much for that ghost, it's very encouraging to hear that, even though I know I'm not the only one it's good to actually meet someone that shares the same insecurities.. Makes me feel a bit normal or part of something in a way lol Smile

I never heard about the device that you mentioned.. Up until a few weeks ago I though all nipples looked like mine.. Lol it would definitelly help the look of them.. They are most of the time puffy and being tubular it does not help.. Do you know if they can have permanent results?

I know this journey will be tough but in the end I know if things don't work out at least I tried my best.. That's all I want.. A chance to have breasts Smile. My fiancé and best fried already does make me feel beautiful and I love him so much for it.

So cheers to true love! The conqueror of any insecurity!

Ok...

its day 2.. consequently, my period started 2 days ago Big Grin

I am currently waiting on my nb Big Grin but in the meantime i have been massaging twice a day with cocoa butter.. such a yummy smell Shy

I have little knowledge of which massage is best for tubular or tubulous breasts but im following my instincts (as Isabelle says now that i remember) and im palming my boobs from the underams.. around.. and to the centre of the two. i also squeeze gently and do the circles for as long as i can.

so far.. im pretty pleased. Smile i wasnt sure how i would really know that its working but i can tell that my boobs have felt a lot warmer in just 2 days. i know its no growth but i know for a fact that higher temperature helps blood circulation. Normally when i get changed after work my breasts are never ever warm, normally they get cold or just the same as the rest of my skin i have never consciously touched and felt how cold they are but this time i have noticed they are so warm and i can feel like they are alive! lol... maybe that why they didn't grow this whole time... i just had to slap them a bit and resuscitate.

so im really glad im doing this because it will open up more circulation in time when i receive all my herbs and supplements.. which im still not 100% sure about

so.. im going back to research again now.. and ill be back with another post about what i might take..

I was leaning towards herbs because i know i am estrogen dominant and progesterone deficient

but then i read that BO can help you develop glands.. and thats what i need..

hmm.. ok will be back soon Smile
Ok...With my tubular breasts in mind i decided to research all there is about tubular breasts on the boards and on some other websites...

So it seems like my low progesterone levels are the culprit in why my breasts are not able to grow (makes sense since i am estrogen dom)

it is clear now that many other girls with the same problem i have had had taken some sort of progesterone cream to help build a wideness to the breast area. this sounds pretty good to me.

1. progesterone cream (only during luteral phase)

The next thing on my program which i want to try out is NB. i already ordered it and despite my size i got the larger dome ‘Large Contoured’ because it helps the breast grow wider and rounder. along with a medium one to use for when i want to grow outwards.

2. Noogle Berry everyday

I also really wanted to try out adding Bovine Ovary but i have a feeling it will bring my Estrogen level too high.. i need an expert with this one (Isabelle?? Please anyone that can help?)

3. (MAYBE) Bovine ovary

So These are the 3 main things i want to try. i will need to add more things to complement the use of these 3 but i would be really happy if this works.

1. progesterone cream (only during luteral phase)
2. Noogle Berry everyday
3. (MAYBE) Bovine ovary

these i would like to add as additions

For Massage:
cocoa butter with Vit E
Evening primrose oil for first half of cycle

For additional daily supplements:
Fennel Tea
Wild Yam Root (i think this one i should take at the beginning of the cycle??? - because it is a phytoestrogen.. is that right?)
Goats rue - i read this make breasts round and grow glands
Kelp - to keep body temp high but i think it is only if i take BO
L- Arginine - same as kelp and for growth.
Sheep Placenta complex - i couldn't find lamb but i suppose they are cousins. (isabelle could you please clarify if this would be beneficial - thank you so much)

i would really appreciate it if anyone knows anything i could add or take away from what i have put together. i have done a lot of reading and i believe this could be my best option.

I have one chance at this i want to be a full rounded A for my wedding.. not much to ask.. but it is in 6 months so it is my one shot before the big day. i wont be extremely disappointed if this does not work.. i will keep trying after my wedding lol..

Hi joyland,

I really have no experience with BO. Anastasia and Mel (itsjust4fun91) haven't posted that often lately. They are the long time BO users. I hope they find your program thread. You can link it from the BO forum to make it more visible: the title of this thread doesn't really say you're interested in BO.

Now Anastasia advised more than once to choose either BO or herbs. Just a matter of not over-complicating things. And if one doesn't work, or if you reach your limits with it, you can always try the other later.

Tubular breasts are difficult. I wrote a long time ago that progesterone is at least part of the answer, so BO or placenta programs are the more logical choice. From an herbal viewpoint, it's important to notice that tubular breasts often go hand in hand with androgen symptoms. I can't find that in your story. Check scalp hair loss, facial and body hair or even hirsutism, oily skin or acne, high libido and upbeat mood the whole month, or as jiberish put it lately, what makes a man a man. If you have these, try an anti-androgen. If you don't, stick to BO and NB.

If you are ED, the best start is indeed to do something about that in the luteal phase, and see if you get better swelling towards the start of your period. Fenugreek or wild yam are easier starts than PC. Make sure you read Ginie's program thread and dr. Lee's site before you go there.

The amount of phyto-estrogens in fenugreek is tiny, way too low to have any effect in NBE. Both fenugreek and wild yam contain diosgenin. Diosgenin is used industrially to make PC, but there is literature showing that the human body is not capable of doing this chemical conversion. Yet there is other literature that shows increases in progesterone and prolactin after taking diosgenin. It's up to you to try fenugreek or wild yam and see if it does anything about your ED symptoms. Make a check list of the symptoms in dr. Lee's hormone imbalance test and journal them daily.

As far as I know, there are no phyto-estrogens in wild yam. Wild yam does block the metabolism of estrone to 16α-hydroxyestrone, so it may increase your estrone level a little. But it does not block the metabolism of estrone to 2-hydroxyestrone, so estrone is still metabolized, and the increase in estrone level can not be much. Besides, estrone is a weaker estrogen than estradiol, and few NBE efforts target estrone.

Wild yam does contain β-sitosterol, which is an anti-androgen. I don't know if the amount of β-sitosterol is high enough to take wild yam for that purpose, though. So in general, if wild yam works for you, it's still hard to tell what exactly it did, but the advantage is that since it does something in all four of the main NBE functions (estrogens, progesterone, anti-androgen, prolactin) it's a very safe starter herb. Many starting NBEers take big doses of herbs that target one or two of the functions specifically, and a week later report problems somewhere else.

Ginie turned the world inside out to find pig placenta outside expensive Japan, and all she found was Swiss sheep placenta. I don't remember her final judgement about its effectiveness, but I'm sure you can find something in her program thread.

Good luck with your program Smile
Hello Isabelle,

thank you so much for your response.. they are always so detailed and rich with knowledge! Im sorry for asking you about BO i forgot that you don't do glandular therapy.. i don't know why but it is probably because i was first more inclined to do Herbs and i knew you were the one to go to..but now i do think i need to focus how i can fix the tubular shape. Thank you for recommending Ginnie also i will definitely go to her program and check it out.

Just to clarify a few things you mentioned just so i can understand better.

i have heard anastasia talking about not making things complicated with herbs while taking BO but... Can i still benefit from herbs to maintain a balance in my ED? or do you think it is a definite no no to mix the both

Funny that you mention androgen Symptoms.. i would still like to grasp this a little more. i have the following symptoms of which you mentioned:
- oily skin (even my chest sometimes gets oily)
- acne and more recently in the past year its gone all over my back Sad
- high libido ( but i thought it might be normal because its once a month when i suddenly spark and its during fertility window)

i will look up possible things to take for this, Big Grin do you have any preference?

thank you for the info about Diosgenin. i had not come across that before and i will keep it handy for when i feel those ED symptoms.

actually i would just like to thank you overall because all these years i didnt know that i could be a normal non crying girl and here i am talking about how i can keep my ed levels low... its because of all the info you have poured all over the place that i now know how it can be controlled..

there are so many women out there that have no idea about hormones and just think its in their genes.. i hope i can learn enough to help my friends too.

thanks again!

Thank you joyland,

You could read Melissa's program thread for experiments with herbs in a BO program:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=8974&pid=31468#pid31468
I don't know of anyone else who tried that.

OK, the androgen symptoms make your tubular breasts situation more similar to the others described on the forum. Even before experimenting with progesterone, it's important to get the androgen symptoms under control. With any luck, wild yam will do both. If not, try spearmint tea, barley grass, borage seed oil, vitamin B6, zinc, or pygeum bark. The common other anti-androgens will either increase estrogens too, like hops or PM or flax, or cause other side effects, like big thighs from SP.

I like simple programs. This may be the right time for a good multi-vitamin:
50-80 µg vitamin B12
2-10 mg vitamin B6
vitamin E increases progesterone in the luteal phase
200-400 µg folic acid, or spinach (preferably frozen), asparagus, broccoli, avocado, lettuce
12-35 mg zinc, or seafood (oysters!), meat, chicken, dairy, oats
18-25 mg iron if you menstruate regularly
If you're lucky, the vitamin B6 and the zinc will reduce androgen symptoms already.

Another simple option is a visit to the ob/gyn, ask for a hormone panel to confirm dr. Lee's test, and get a progesterone-only bcp. After the first cycles on the bcp and the multi, do another hormone panel: the balances may look very different already.
