Update 2.
Accidents make the best kind of messes.
So I was experimenting with heat and massages and I got kind of lazy with one thing I was experimenting with and only did it to one boob because I honestly didn't think it was going to work. Well come to find out what I did must have worked because now one boob is bigger than the other!!! I'm like damn this is bad, but it's also good because it means they grew! Growth is not on the edges yet but more rounder on the bottom and fuller in the middle. I have yet to get that "cleveage effect" but then again it's only been like a week.
So this is my routine.
Products I used:
1. Lotion:

2. Vitamin E Capsules: (poke them open and use goo) I got 1000 I.U instead of 400 I.U (I don't know if that makes a difference. Just letting you know because there was no link to 1000 I.U. I did buy both from Walmart though)

3. Heating pad - It doesn't have to be the back one but I did use this brand. Just for reference.

Routine
1. Do first round of massages with vitamin e and lotion. Use lots of vitamin e. Between each massage put on some more. Lotion more just used for preventing redness. The more vitamin e the better.
First round massage cheat sheet:
Make a first. Use knuckles to rotate in circles. 20 times each
Slap up with palms. Alternate right and left. It should move up. While slapping make sure your fingers grab some too. 50 times each
The Claw. Put fingers around like a claw. Pinch inward. Do not get the nip. 20 times
Hold up and squeeze together like you are pretending you have cleavage 10 times
Put your left hand on the bottom to push up (as if you would to make them bigger). Massage in circles with right hand. 20 massages each side
Push backfat to front.
Using knuckles to pressure points

2. Put the heating pad under each breast for 20 minutes. Make sure you are pushing them up like you are pretending you have clevage for best results. It's a pain to hold them up, but if you want results it's worth it.

I also take 1 Vitamin E capsule daily after a meal. Doesn't matter which meal, just that you take it after you eat.
And I do chi massages in the shower 360x for each one. I shower twice a day so I do that twice a day I guess.
