Hi everyone,

This is my first post here, but I have browsed this site for a few months. I have to thank everyone who posted about different routines because it helped me figure out what might work for me.

First my stats:
I am in my mid-20s, never been pregnant.
5'9" and 135lbs

When I began my measurements were 31 underbust and 33.5 across the fullest. This might not even be AA? I only wore padded bras because no unpadded bras fit me. I began my program in mid-June and now my measurements are 31 underbust and 35 across the fullest part of my breast.

I can wear an unpadded 34A bra now. However it is a Victoria's Secret bra and I heard they are a bit vanity sized. So I might just be a 34AA? (side note: why are bra sizes so annoying?! I would think if my actual measurements underbust were 31" I would wear a 32 band bra but no that would make too much sense Wink )

Anyway, I have been taking the following combination for 3.5 months:
fenugreek (610mgx5 per day),
fennel (450mgx2 per day), and
collagen type i&iii (6g per day) that contains vitamin c.
I am vegan so I consume a fair amount of soy protein every day.
I do a chi rotation massage 1-2 times per day (I used to do 2x daily but now I admit I have missed a massage quite often lately).

I would also like to note that I began doing kundalini yoga for around an hour every day when I began this program (instead of my normal running for one hour daily), and noticed that I lost 2 inches off my hips (they are now 36). This was very surprising to me because I have been a long distance runner for years and also did another type of yoga previously without ever losing inches off my hips.

Menstrual side effects: I used to have TERRIBLE breast soreness lasting up to 7 days before my period began. It was a struggle to put a bra on without groaning in pain. So far the past two months I have had almost NO pain at all except when doing my massages. I believe that might be due to the fennel? My menstrual cramps have also lessened a LOT and I am so happy about that as well.

Okay this post was really long - sorry! I just wanted to be thorough. I would post photos but I am a bit concerned about some identifying marks on my breasts. I don't think anyone I know uses this site but you never know! So I have attached a photo of me wearing a 34A bra (Victoria's secret unpadded/nonpush up bra - I think it is one of the Body by Victoria lined demis).

I would love to hear from anyone who has any thoughts on my progress? Should I be hopeful that I will continue to have growth? From what I read on the forum I am committed to keeping this up for around 7-8 months. I would love to be a 34B instead of 34A.
Welcome fennel-kat,

That looks quite impressive already Smile

I knew NBE is possible for a vegan, but never knew how. Can you give an idea how much soy you use?
Hi Isabelle,

You know now that you mention it I have no idea if the collagen I take is vegan. It probably isn't. If I had known that I probably never would have started taking those pills, but I didn't even think about it. According to this site (http://www.howtodothings.com/health-and-...ments.html) something called "Multi-Scorb" is vegan and might work. I have been vegetarian/on-and-off vegan for almost ten years now so this was a hugely spacey thing for me to have done.

I will check into the amount of soy I use. I always drink a soy protein powder shake after yoga, then have soy yogurt with my breakfast. I sometimes have a soy burger and/or soy sausages. I will see if I can better figure out how that works out in gram amounts.
Thank you fennel-kat,

Please don't go through too much trouble adding it all up: what you wrote gives an idea already.

I was ultra pure vegan two years ago, but my younger daughter got a slow thyroid from the soy. I'll check out the Multi-Scorb.
Hey Fennel_kat,
Awesome progress already! Sounds like your program is really working for you.
Your boobs look more like A than AA to me, even if VS bras are supposedly vanity sized. lol

Okay I checked my so protein powder and it's 25g soy protein. The yogurt has 6.25g soy protein. Hope that helps!
Thank you fennel-kat,

That's a lot already. Together with a well planned vegan diet, it should get you well over 100 g. Judging by the pics, that's more than good enough to get you out of the AAA zone Big Grin
Wow!

I'm an A cup..and your breast look so much bigger than mine.

Are you wearing a push-up bra?

Anyway..I'm following kinda a similar routine to yours. Hope to achieve results in 3.5 months or less.

Thanks for the inspiration! I do believe FG works..or at least is working for me.

It's nice to know someone else grew that way.
Thanks for your help Isabelle Smile

LyndaLee - the pic I posted isn't a push up bra. I am attaching one with a VS push up bra (I think it's the biofit one). I'm worried that given how tall I am, the length of my torso and my frame that my breasts will look tiny unless they're about a D cup. Oh well!
Now you're making me green of envy..lol =P

I wanna have big boobs too! T__T

I know I'm growing...but sometimes, I just fell like it's way too slow...

Great breast, I'm telling you. I can only achieve your "no push-up" look with push ups...lol xD

Anyway, congrats! I really do not think you're an A, nor an AA. You look, at least o me, like a B cup. But breast are tricky...and me, so small, how could I now.

Thanks for keeping me inspired and helping me realize, NBE can work.
